The Cevomat
has been especially designed for the double sided cleaning of metal webs.
The Cevomat consists of a Sword Brush configuration with height adjustment that is surrounded by a protective frame. The Sword Brushes have flexible pressure buffers and can adapt to wavy surfaces.
For simple standard applications with webs that have a clean edges (without burrs), we usually provide a Cevomat with only 2 Sword Brushes. The wiping direction is from edge to edge in this case.
The Cevomat may also have 4 Sword Brushes. The brushes wipe from the left and the right edge to the opposite edge. They do not, however touch the edges but rather start wiping the surface just after having passed them. This mechanism allows to clean even webs with sharp edges.
The upper and lower Sword Brush are adjusted to the pass line via a mechanical height adjustment. You may remove the Sword Brushes pneumatically from the surface to thread a new web or to remove the end of a web. Thus, they cannot be damaged during these processes.

The new regulations about the emission of chlorinated solvent have taken to develop these new CK vacuum machines serie that works with hydrocarbon solvent without any problem of external emission.
These solvents are biodegradable and nontoxic for aquatic life. They have no harmful effect on the ozone layer they have a low vapour pressure. The disposal of distillation waste is qualified as special waste and not as toxic/harmful.
The system is formed in monobloc by a single horizontal cylindrical cleaning chamber with a longitudinal axis rotary structure located on the inside , 1 or 2 solvent’s tank and one vacuum solvent’s distiller. The rotary structure, inside the cleaning chamber, has a frontal disc with an aperture to allow baskets loading and unloading, and it is usually supported as an overhang by its own transmission shaft. The rotary movement is transferred to the structure by means of a motorised transfer box which is powered by a shaft connected to the structure by the rear disc. The machine allow the following operative choices:
• without rotation
• basculating
• slow rotation
• mixed rotation
On the machine there is olso a vacuum solvent distiller that have 2 main functions:

The Ingromat™ Cleaner CF ...
is a complete solution for the micro-cleaning of flat surfaces. This machine functions with the Ingromat system. The machine frame is made out of aluminium and steel. The control cabinet is integrated in this frame. The machine disposes of driven transport rollers and additional pressure rollers at the infeed and at the outfeed. These rollers ensure a safe transport of the material through the machine during the cleaning process.
The linear brushes always clean the material from above and from below. They always wipe at a right angle in relation to transport direction. Wiping direction is either from edge to edge or from the middle of the material to the edges. An electrical height adjustment allows the system to adapt to different material thicknesses. The Ingromat™ fluid consumption (antistatic cleaning agent) is monitored by suspended particle flow meters.

Spray cleaning is usually performed using an aqueous cleaning medium, typically an alkaline cleaner. The medium is sprayed onto the surface to be cleaned through nozzles at high pressure – with standard cleaning the working pressure is generally around 6 to 8 bar, with targeted cleaning between 20 and 25 bar. Soiling is then partially removed or emulsified by the chemical effect of the medium and partially sprayed off by the high kinetic energy of the jet.

Mac-Dry solvent systems perform the washing cycle inside a sealed chamber, into which one or most baskets have been previously introduced containing the parts to be treated. When the cycle is started, once the door has been closed, a first pre-washing bath is performed lasting 1 minute, in hot solvent (temperature between 45°C and 80 °C depending on the type of solvent and type of pollutant), sprayed by means of high-pressure jets directly on the parts. The solvent of this first bath, which now contains 90% of the contaminants in solution, is then conveyed to the distiller incorporated in the system, which fully regenerates the liquid for subsequent re-utilisation.
