Mustpress lifting bags are adapted to any industrial equipment and usually replace hydraulic and mechanical jacks. They are made of elastomer coated fabrics and supprt high inflation pressure (up to 100 bars).
Available in different shapes and dimensions (square, round, rectangular, toric). In order to increase their thrust, they are available with 2 or 3 stages.
Mustpress is inflated with air, oil or water.

We have three different sizes with non-twisting piston rod for positionally accurate lifting of workpieces.
Uses of lifting cylinders:

This equipment allows synchronous stage lifting and lowering operation regardless of load, with four cylinders. In case of hyperstatic operation, each cylinder is able to lift 50% of the total load.

LinkLift 50R * and LinkLift 100R * are renforced versions of the LinkLift. In these cases the chain is equipped with 2 additional rollers per link, whilst the drive housing has 2 additional pinions allowing the dynamic capacity to double.

Chainlift was designed for lifting short travel, table type lifts.
The basic principle is identical - the chain is stored horizontally and forms a rigid pushing bar as it is driven through the drive housing, thus applying thrust under a platform.
The drive is generated by the rotation of pinions on rollers, forcing the links to lock and move through the housing.

The actuator is composed of a magnetic circuit with a permanent magnet creating a magnetic force in the air gap.
In this air gap moves the coil linked to the actuation shaft.
The current that circulates in the coil reacts with the magnetic field and thus generates a mechanical force which is transmitted through the actuation shaft.
This force is directly proportional to the current, in direction and intensity.
