Dalmec offer a wide range of manipulators designed for the “weightless” handling of cardboard boxes, packaged wooden cases, products covered in film (polythene, shrink - wrap etc….).
Simple to use, they allow the operator to move a whole variety of packaged products, cardboard boxes and wooden cases quickly, accurately and safely throughout the working area.
Boxes can be picked either with suction tooling or with a pneumatic gripper head. Vacuum is created by either by an electric generator or by a ”Venturi” ejector.
The type, design, dimensions and picking system of the manipulators offered are tailored so as to suit the specific requirements of the user and to the varying environmental conditions available.

MTM Power GmbH, the specialist for high quality power supplies, offers in its program DC/DC converters for automotive applications. The series WRC is available with 30, 60, 100 and 150 W. The converters are designed for mobile use acc. to EN 50 155, LES-DB-BN 411 002 and IEC 571-1 (railway, automotive). The battery voltages 24, 36, 72, 90 and 110 V +40/-45 % are covered with three input voltage ranges. All four power ranges have a high efficiency and are available with single or dual output voltages. The converters have an extreme high reliability (MTBF >1.000.000 h, TA = +40 °C) and an isolation of at least 2,1 kVDC (prim.-sec.). The temperature range is -40...+85 °C acc. to EN 50 155. Other important features are resistance against vibrations and reverse polarity protection at the input. The power supplies can be used in 19" racks or for wall mounting with H15 connector. The series WRC needs no ground load, is short circuit protected and has extensive monitoring and protection systems.

AirClean®Systems PCR workstations with UVTect™ microprocessor control, allow you to maintain a Class 100 clean work area during PCR preparation. The AC600 Series LFUV Model has a built-in 254 nm ultraviolet light that allows the operator to irradiate tubes, flasks and pipettes between amplifications. The 254 nm ultraviolet light will effectively destroy potentially contaminating DNA and RNA within minutes. UVTect™ monitors the life of the bulb to ensure proper levels of irradiation.
The workstations feature a unique interlocking sash with a safety overlap to prevent gaps. The sash also has a safety switch that automatically turns off the ultraviolet light and activates the blower and fluorescent light when the sash is raised. The PSSR Universal Patch and Splice Sliding Rack Mount Panel is an excellent choice for applications requiring an extremely compact and easy-to-use design. It is used to patch, or to patch and splice fibers and to provide cross-connection capability. It accommodates up to 24 connections and can use a wide variety of connector types. The panel can be installed in either a 19” or a 23” rack and occupies only 1.75” 1U of rack space. Splice trays and internal fiber management are housed in a sliding drawer that latches securely in both the open and closed positions.
