Our Lifting supports are modular in design, so that low-cost solutions are available for your specific requirements.
Depending on the application of the supports, the following technical parameters can be achieved: Container carrying capacity from 2.5 t to 20 t, Lifting heights from 500 mm to 1,750 mm (Optional maximum: 2,000 mm), Attachment to ISO corners and Position Control.
Innovative inclinometer-based position control is a special characteristic of our lifting systems and allows lifting and lowering action parallel to the ground during loading operations in uneven terrain, automatic initial inclination registration, inclination offset to zero degrees, control precision: +/- 0.2 degrees, safety shutdown when the inclination exceeds 3.5 degrees (or more, if required). Individual support control unit available as optional attachment.

Incorporated lifting/tilting device
Incorporated lifting/tilting device with compactors or static waste compactors. These work much like separate lifting/tilting devices. When paired with roll on and off compactors, the lifting/tilting devices can be designed according to the dimensions required by highway code regulations.

For lowering a container from a truck, the jacks are fixed and locked to the lower ISO corners first. Via air suspension, the vehicle will be lowered, resp. the container is lifted at trucks with steel suspension, so that the truck can drive out. The container can stay on the jacks until it is picked up again. Support capacity per system 320 kN. Different version up to windforce 12 are available.

The dustbin tipper MT 240 is used to empty 240l plastic dustbin. Through the use of add-on components plastic dustbins from 60 to 140 l as well as 240 l aluminium dustbins for paper and data carriers can also be emptied.The dustbin carrier slide are constructed from stainless stee. The dustbin is tipped using a foot pump and it's maximum angle of 130° is reached after approx 39 pedal strokes. The tipping height is 1300 mm. 200 mm diameter wheels ensure good manoeverability.

Dalmec offer a wide range of manipulators designed for the “weightless” handling of cardboard boxes, packaged wooden cases, products covered in film (polythene, shrink - wrap etc….).
Simple to use, they allow the operator to move a whole variety of packaged products, cardboard boxes and wooden cases quickly, accurately and safely throughout the working area.
Boxes can be picked either with suction tooling or with a pneumatic gripper head. Vacuum is created by either by an electric generator or by a ”Venturi” ejector.
The type, design, dimensions and picking system of the manipulators offered are tailored so as to suit the specific requirements of the user and to the varying environmental conditions available.

Mobile lifting/tilting devices have four wheels, two of which pivot and two others which are fixed. They also come with separate motorisation equipment, a separate control panel and a 3 kw motor, as well as with appropriate jacks which are able to lift up to 500 Kg.
Various kinds of forks are available: DIN, male, double male, AFNOR or may be designed and specified by the client.
Robust piping and netting offer side protection while still allowing the operator optimum visibility, even on the sides. An electric eye/ photocell guarantees front protection. In no way, not even by accident, will the machine function if the operator or any other person is within the rotating area.
If the lifting/tilting device is joined with either an electric roll on and off compactor or a stationary compactor, an extra control unit will be mounted on it, so that the operator will have the commands on hand at the front of the dumper.

The TCA-DE is a front line fully automatic split wheel bin lift with the following key features;
- Efficiency, fast automatic cycle time of 8 sec. plus dwell time, which can be adjusted between 0,5-3 seconds.
- Trade containers, at the turn of a switch the TCA-DE can be changed over into manual 'trade' mode to lift the full range of four wheeled containers including Paladin bins fitted with conversion bars, cycle time manual trade 13 sec.
- Low weight, the TCA-DE weighs only 695 kg.
- Safety, the unique Terberg geometry means that containers do not kick back towards operators as they are lifted, enabling that the safety arms whilst conforming to EN1501.1 to be user friendly and unobtrusive.

- Diagnostics, a text display is mounted in a durable box on the side of each bin lift to provide simple fault diagnosis in order to minimise down time.
