Open or sealed transfer of solids from drums to process equipment
Flexicon "open-chute" and "lift-and-seal" drum dumper models accommodate all popular drum sizes and are available in carbon steel with durable industrial finishes, or in stainless steel with material contact surfaces finished to industrial, food or pharmaceutical standards. Starke Arvid Waste Tipper is a lift that is to be connected to the container´s edge. The container is then lifted up and emptied automatically. No personnel are required for the container and resources such as cargo loaders and cranes are freed to be used for other purposes. This will reduce the non-profit time on construction sites. The waste tipper is adapted for most available containers on the market and thanks to its high load capacity copes with most recycling materials without any problems. When recycling stations are arranged, the Waste Tipper can be used to advantage since the Waste Tipper can easily be moved laterally between many containers.

The parts to be oriented are delivered to you in: containers, cases, boxes, loose or in bags.
You need to tip the parts into orienting hoppers which will supply the vibratory bowl feeders.

Tipping bodies
RCI series
The RCI tipping body series is used to tip and unload industrial caissons which can hold up to a maximum of 3000kg and a rotating angle of 130° maximum; the loading of the caisson is carried out by using a lift truck or a transpallet.
RCI-TCV series
By applying a hopper with a vibrating channel which doses the pieces towards the interlocking point to the base model, it is possible to realise tipping bodies with vibrating dosers. This series of equipment has an oleo-dynamic action.
This equipment can be adapted to the different needs of the customer, for example:
For encumbrance needs, on request it is possible to realise side loading tipping bodies.
The upward and downward speeds are singularly regulated and on request can be supplied, completed, with an emptying cycle.
The models are available with adjustable feet or with wheels.
The unloading hopper can be supplied in a fixed position or with variable angles.

90° tilter, the floor tilter
Brief description

Unique principle: tilting at floor level
This makes loading at floor level possible. A pallet and/or load does not need to be delivered or taken away by fork-lift truck.

The dustbin tipper MT 240 is used to empty 240l plastic dustbin. Through the use of add-on components plastic dustbins from 60 to 140 l as well as 240 l aluminium dustbins for paper and data carriers can also be emptied.The dustbin carrier slide are constructed from stainless stee. The dustbin is tipped using a foot pump and it's maximum angle of 130° is reached after approx 39 pedal strokes. The tipping height is 1300 mm. 200 mm diameter wheels ensure good manoeverability.

Safetech tilters are an ideal way to accurately and safely position work. They allow containers to be tilted gradually so that parts and work are presented to an operator at an ideal height. Crates, stillages, rolls of plastic film or cable have all been safely handled with our tilters.
