Dalmec offer a wide range of manipulators designed for the “weightless” handling of cardboard boxes, packaged wooden cases, products covered in film (polythene, shrink - wrap etc….).
Simple to use, they allow the operator to move a whole variety of packaged products, cardboard boxes and wooden cases quickly, accurately and safely throughout the working area.
Boxes can be picked either with suction tooling or with a pneumatic gripper head. Vacuum is created by either by an electric generator or by a ”Venturi” ejector.
The type, design, dimensions and picking system of the manipulators offered are tailored so as to suit the specific requirements of the user and to the varying environmental conditions available.

VACU
Lifting equipment for the safe, damage-free lifting of metal and plastic flat sheets/plates, etc. The operating and control components (the slide valve and gauge) are mounted near the handgrip for reasons of safety, so that after the vacuum beam has been switched on the operator can immediately check the system for efficient vacuum. An electronic monitoring unit is mounted according to safety requirements. The unit consists of a hanging suspension with main beam to which the adjustable cross beams are fixed. The suction cups, with ball and socket joints, are suspended from the beams with spring adjustment. The main and cross beams are hot galvanised. The hanging suspension is painted to RAL 1007 (Yellow). The unit will be delivered fully operational and complete with an electrical cable and 16A-CEE plug. The power supply can be offered to the Vacuum unit from an optional cable drum attached to the lifting unit.

Innovative inclinometer-based position control is a special characteristic of our lifting systems and allows lifting and lowering action parallel to the ground during loading operations in uneven terrain, automatic initial inclination registration, inclination offset to zero degrees, control precision: +/- 0.2 degrees, safety shutdown when the inclination exceeds 3.5 degrees (or more, if required). Individual support control unit available as optional attachment.

The OCTOPUS system has been designed in

Specifically designed for handling stone and other high-density materials, Powr-Grip's MT Series Vacuum Lifters feature 90° tilt with an above-the-center pivot point, so that loads automatically hang in the upright position when lifted. These modular vacuum lifters are expandable to meet a variety of materials handling needs. Interchangeable Lift Frames provide manual 180° rotation and 90° tilt. Pad Channels can be switched from one Lift Frame to another in minutes, for maximum versatility at the installation site. On-board DC power permits cord-free use of the vacuum lifter with cranes, forklifts or floor hoists. AC powered vacuum lifters are also available. Telescopic lifting devices are lifted and lowered by inside or outside running chains of electrically driven Demag chain hoists. They are available with two different design principles. Either with square masts as square section telescoping units (TV) or with round masts as round section telescoping units (TR). Both variants are available with single telescoping sections as well as double telescoping sections.
Telescoping units are particularly suitable for handling heavy workpieces up to 1,000 kg and they can take up large moments of up to 1,500 Nm. Depending on the design, strokes of up to max. 2,000 mm are possible.
They can either be fitted in a Demag KBK rail system or on a KSL pivot arm with pillar mounted on the floor.
They can also be used in low buildings with double telescoping sections.

VacuEasylift is a manual vacuum lifter, manufactured by TAWI, which handles almost all types of loads. There are models for lifting sacks and boxes, sheet wood and metal, panels and much more. The extremely smooth and quick operation is accomplished by using the same handle to lift, lower and release the load and by using the vacuum to hold and lift the load. Description :
Designed to lift rolls using the machine shaft these hinged forks can be used with a roll clamp to lift, turn and load rolls. The forks are fitted with vee blocks to stop the load from slipping.

To be able to achieve a maximum lifting movement with only a minimum insertion space available, lifting bags are the appropriate tools to use. With 12 models, Holmatro has a lifting bag for every job. Thanks to their unique low profile edges the lifting bags can easily be inserted under all circumstances.
The deflated height of our lifting bags is 22 or 25 mm. Using compressed air (maximum 8 bar), the largest model, the HLB 67, reaches a maximum inflation height of 520 mm. Another feature of the lifting bags is their ability to adjust to the lifting surface. The applied pressure is divided over a large surface compared to the use of hydraulic jacks.
