Mustpress lifting bags are adapted to any industrial equipment and usually replace hydraulic and mechanical jacks. They are made of elastomer coated fabrics and supprt high inflation pressure (up to 100 bars).
Available in different shapes and dimensions (square, round, rectangular, toric). In order to increase their thrust, they are available with 2 or 3 stages.
Mustpress is inflated with air, oil or water.

The actuator is composed of a magnetic circuit with a permanent magnet creating a magnetic force in the air gap.
In this air gap moves the coil linked to the actuation shaft.
The current that circulates in the coil reacts with the magnetic field and thus generates a mechanical force which is transmitted through the actuation shaft.
This force is directly proportional to the current, in direction and intensity.

LINAK has introduced a series of different control boxes - from small control boxes suitable for operating one or two actuators to sophisticated basic control boxes with microprocessors suitable for operating six actuators.
The most simple and the most advanced control boxes
The most simple control boxes are only able to convert control signals from the handset into operating voltage for the actuator whereas the most advanced control boxes have functions such as parallel running of several actuators and memory drive. Moreover, the most advanced control boxes are those controlled by microprocessors. These can be delivered with customised software.
Furthermore, some control boxes are designed for connection to the mains, for example, mains voltage of 100, 120 or 230 / 240 V AC for use in different countries; others have an internal or an external battery. Versions with both battery and mains are available too.
Safety features
Most LINAK control boxes are designed to provide Electronic Overload Protection (EOP). This means that it protects the actuator against overload by disconnecting the current when the actuator is fully extended or retracted or if an overload occurs during operation. The control boxes are also designed so that they will short-circuit the motor terminals (poles) when the actuators are not running. This solution gives the actuator a higher self-locking ability.

The controls are the units used when you want the LINAK system to perform a movement. They determine whether the control box make the actuator move in or out. There are more variants of LINAK controls such as handsets, Foot Switches, Desk Panels and attendant control panels.
All the handsets are available in both black and grey.

The UltraSensor has been designed as a next generation replacement of Proximity and Micro switch systems for monitoring spool movement in progressive divider elements.
A single model will work with all standard SMX and SMP divider blocks as a screw-on accessory without requiring special arrangement or modification to the spool.
The patented concept works by monitoring magnetic flux variations through a hall-effect sensor as the spool enters the sensing range. There are no moving parts which means the solid state device is completely wear free.
NPN and PNP connection options are standard within the same sensor.

WaveScale Linear Displacement Transducers are an enhancement of the Series 2HX Electrohydraulic Actuators. Cylinders with the WaveScale meet standard NFPA heavy duty hydraulic cylinder dimensions, 2” to 6” bore with a male piston rod end. The main advantage is no false stage is required for cap mounts. The overall length of the cylinder is not increased!
