VACU
Lifting equipment for the safe, damage-free lifting of metal and plastic flat sheets/plates, etc. The operating and control components (the slide valve and gauge) are mounted near the handgrip for reasons of safety, so that after the vacuum beam has been switched on the operator can immediately check the system for efficient vacuum. An electronic monitoring unit is mounted according to safety requirements. The unit consists of a hanging suspension with main beam to which the adjustable cross beams are fixed. The suction cups, with ball and socket joints, are suspended from the beams with spring adjustment. The main and cross beams are hot galvanised. The hanging suspension is painted to RAL 1007 (Yellow). The unit will be delivered fully operational and complete with an electrical cable and 16A-CEE plug. The power supply can be offered to the Vacuum unit from an optional cable drum attached to the lifting unit.

The vacuum suction spiders SSP serve both to chain robots in presses and bending centers and to automate plastic, injection molding and swage machines. The suction spiders are also used in the wood/plastics sector and for water jet, laser and die cutting/nipple machines.
The suction spiders permit order picking in storage and distribution centers with robotic palletizers and industrial robots. The typical applications include metal profiles, circuit boards, stones, sheet products, car body parts, glass and ceramic parts, solar panels, non-rigid workpieces, and much more.
An ideal selection of suction pads, area grippers, magnets or mechanical grippers, together with plungers, holders and profiles, as well as valve technology with sensors, make the modular system possible. MAGVACU® COMBIGRIPPER
The MagVacu® combigripper uses a combination of magnetic and vacuum techniques for the handling of (perforated) sheet up to a thickness of 12 mm.
Re-tooling for different products is not necessary so that more types of products can be handled on unmanned machines. The Combigripper is also twice as powerful as, and safer than, conventional vacuum systems. The magnet pulls the steel plate onto the vacuum suction cup so that it fits neatly onto it. This means that no vacuum can leak away around the edge of the suction cup

MT8HV11 • Manual Tilter 1200
Specifically designed for handling stone and other high-density materials, Powr-Grip's MT Series Vacuum Lifters feature 90° tilt with an above-the-center pivot point, so that loads automatically hang in the upright position when lifted. Coupled with a remote power source, the resulting narrow profile allows these vacuum lifters to fit between tight, vertical storage racks while also protecting the power source from damage. These modular vacuum lifters are expandable to meet a variety of materials handling needs. Interchangeable Lift Frames provide manual 180° rotation and 90° tilt. HDV 8000 Vacuum Concept™
Continuous Dense Phase Vacuum System
The HDV 8000 Vacuum Concept Conveying System is a dense phase, low to medium velocity, high pressure, continuous vacuum conveying system. It is generally used to convey low to high density, friable, and abrasive materials and/or other materials where degradation or abrasion is a concern. Examples include plastic pellets, breakfast cereal, granulated sugar, salt, coffee beans, pinto beans, finished detergent, pelletized carbon black and silica sand.
Typical conveying velocities are 50 to 800 feet per minute (0.25 m to 4 m/sec) and vacuum conveying pressures of up to 29 inches (737 mm) of Mercury (hg).
The material is fed into the conveying line on a continuous basis by vacuum. DC-5 Air Saver technology is used to minimize and optimize the pressure supply air which is supplied by a high pressure vacuum pump. The system includes a vacuum pickup nozzle, a vacuum conveying line, DC-5 Air Saver controls, a vacuum filter receiver, a secondary filter and a vacuum pump. For continuous conveying applications, a gatelock hopper with an inlet and outlet valve is installed at the discharge of the vacuum receiver.

LDV 2000 Vacuum Concept™
Continuous Dilute Phase Vacuum System
The LDV 2000 Vacuum Concept Conveying System is a dilute phase, high velocity, low pressure, continuous vacuum conveying system for shorter distances. It is generally used to convey low to medium density and non-abrasive materials. Examples include flour, kaolin clay, plastic pellets, grain, malt, corn, starch and plastic resin.
Typical conveying velocities are generally in excess of 4000 feet per minute (20 m/sec) and vacuum conveying pressures of up to 15 inches (381 mm) of mercury (hg).
The material is fed into the conveying line on a continuous basis by vacuum which is supplied by a low pressure positive displacement blower. The system includes a vacuum pickup nozzle, vacuum conveying line, a vacuum filter receiver, a rotary airlock feeder and a positive displacement blower.
