Grinding electro-spindle for operating grinding wheels of big dimensions.
A lot of our electro-spindles are fitted with a feedback, which may be of simple type (type of a phonic wheel) or of high resolution to use the same as a rotating axis.
The electro-wheel spindles are fitted with prearrangement for the spindle balancer with a central hole for the passing of the connection cable.

Resin Fibre Discs are flat discs used for heavy grinding and weld removal. They are used for similar applications as Flap Discs. Resin Fibre Discs consist of a stiff fiberboard backing coated with a single layer of resin and abrasive. Arc's Resin Fibre Discs have grinding aids in both the AO and ZA products. This grinding aid helps performance and keeps the disc cooler during grinding. The discs have an arbor hole to allow them to be attached to a back-up pad which they are always used with.
Uses and Advantages
RFD's are used for heavy stock removal on electric and pneumatic angle grinders. As they are 2-dimensional and only have a single layer of grit they have a limited lifespan. Once the grit has lost its sharp edge the disc can be discarded. Unlike flap discs no new abrasive is exposed as the surface wears down.

Shaping the "New Stone Age”
Synthetic industrial diamonds have certainly changed and shaped today’s stone processing industry. From quarrying and slabbing to trimming, calibrating and finishing, tailor made MBS* diamond products for any given stone material will achieve optimum results.
Proven Technology for Controlled Concrete Removal
In construction and renovation projects diamond cutting technology offers the competitive edge in concrete removal and demolition. Engineers, architects and general contractors have found that diamond cutting and drilling methods let them cut costs, increase productivity and improve quality on many concrete renovation projects.
Penetrating Difficult Strata
MBS* products are successfully utilized in drilling hard and medium hard rock formations. The benefits of longer tool life and the ability to penetrate difficult strata are substantial contributors to rig and labor cost savings.
