Smalley now offers Snap Rings. Smalley has four series of snap rings available from stock in ½” to 11” diameters, in both carbon and stainless steel.
With recently expanded production capabilities, Smalley can now also manufacture Eaton® / Tinnerman® style Snap Rings. |
|
Spirolox® spiral retaining rings, manufactured exclusively by Smalley, have No Ears To InterfereTM with the mating components in an assembly. Spirals can be interchanged with standard snap ring grooves and offer a 360° retaining surface. Spiral Retaining Rings can be easily assembled and removed without special tools.
Smalley offers 15 different series of Spirolox® spiral retaining rings with over 5,000 rings in stock to select from. Spirals are stocked in both carbon and stainless steel, diameters range from ¼” to 16” (9 mm to 400 mm). Specials can be produced from .200” to 84” (5 mm to 2000 mm). |

Spirals are manufactured by coiling the ring from flat wire. This unique process produces a retaining ring that has no protruding lugs or burrs that would interfere in your assembly. The Smalley Ring can be economically produced in carbon steel, stainless steel, coppers, and many other alloys.
TFC offers over 5000 standard spiral rings, which are readily available in both carbon and stainless steel. If you require special designs, take advantage of TFC’s engineers and no-tooling manufacture; a process perfect for large runs, prototypes and midstream design changes. Whatever your application, TFC/Smalley have the cost-effective and innovative design solution. |

When it comes to manufacturing of rings, ring rolling is the process of the future. A revolutionary progress which doesn't merely stop at the elimination of chips from production, but which enables new standards of quality to be achieved.
The working principle is characterized by a driven die (roll) for the outer profile and a free rotating die (mandrel) for the inner profile which is being pressed up by supporting rolls. |

Key Facts for the NASH Liquid Ring Compressors:
· Require minimal care - known for extremely low maintenance.
· Provide years of dependable service and quality liquid ring Compressors due to fewer, generously proportioned parts.
· Reduce power and operating costs of liquid ring compressors, handling higher capacities with less energy/power.
· NASH is the inventor of the liquid ring principle of operation

|
The compressors compress gases from a lower pressure (usually atmospheric pressure of surroundings) to a higher pressure.
PERFORMANCE: -
Max. compression pressure 11 bar
Max. intake volume flow 30.000 m3/h
ONE-STAGE LIQUID RING COMPRESSORS
for compression overloads up to 1.5 bar.
i.e. for: filter-rinsing in the cellulose, pharmaceutical and chemical industries, saturation of sugar juice in sugar factories, electrolysis gases with increased pressure for combustion plants
TWO-STAGE LIQUID RING COMPRESSORS
for compression overloads up to 3.5 bar
i.e. for: organic gas reactors and anaerobic processes, gas compression in the production of plastics
TWO-STAGE LIQUID RING COMPRESSORS
for compression overloads up to 6.5 bar (with double action second stage)
i.e. for: recovery of vapours in the petrochemical field, liquefying vinyl chloride vapour in the plastics industry
MULTI-STAGE LIQUID RING COMPRESSORS
for compression overloads up to 11.0 bar (predominately double acting stages
i.e. for: ozone compression in the bleaching of cellulose exhaust compression in nuclear power stations |

The Scimitar range has been built to meet stringent requirements and is corrosion resistant for durable outdoor and indoor use.
The switches are contained within a common stainless steel SF6 filled tank with the fuses mounted in air above the gas chamber. Each fuse is sealed against external influences and locked into its own chamber upon insertion. The units can be extensible for direct connection to form multiple plan switchboards without the need to access the gas chambers or for extra cabling.
Features
Ratings up to 15.5kV
Common switching chamber with sealed SF6 environment
Low gas operating pressure
