Differents types:
Direct Drive Agitator - Air Powered direct drive agitator assembly with 1/2 hp air motor and a three bade propeller to keep materials in suspension even with high solids.
Indirect Air Motor Drive - Standard duty, smooth running with gear reducer, 1/2hp, 15:1 ratio, 20 to 120 RPM. Inc throttling valve, fittings and hoses for connection to air supply on tank lid. Air consumption is approx 6CFM @ 50RPM.
Reciprocating Air Motor Drive - 180° reciprocating action provides excellent agitation of all types of materials. Particularly important for waterborne shear sensitive materials. Very low air consumption

In the delivery state (clamping ring barrel) the material is prepared and conditioned for use and transfer to the spray gun. Due to the pneumatic lid lifter, an empty barrel can be replaced easily with a full one. System components:
- Lid for attaching apparatus
- Pneumatic lid lifting device
- Agitator (electric or pneumatic powered)
- Pump with material filter
- Agitator switch off when lid is lifted pneumatically
- Compressed air fittings
All agitators are tested and certified in accordance with ATEX 94/9/EC. Versions without explosion protection are also available.

With the S-20 Tungsten Carbide Tool, Taber's Shear/Scratch Tester can evaluate coating adhesion on a variety of materials. A precision cutting tool is attached to a balanced and calibrated scale beam, then placed on the specimen. As the turntable rotates the specimen, the cutting tool will shear the coating, allowing you to verify proper adhesion. By changing the load on the cutting tool, you can determine the point of failure.

Cupping and Deep-drawing Cup Test Machine, Model 242
For testing lacquers and paints of all kinds for elasticity and adhesive quality using the Erichsen Cupping Test in conformity with DIN ISO 1520, ISO 1520, BS 3900:Part E4, NF T 30-019 and SIS 18 41 77 and deep drawing cup test. Matched test tools permit automatic sequence of operations: pressing the test piece, cutting the blank, exerting the sheet holder pressure, deep drawing, sheet holder pressure release, stripping of cup, return of punch to initial position and switch-off of machine.

Stop The Waste And Take Control with iControl.
Now you can stop the waste and take control of your powder coating operation with Nordsons iControl integrated control system, featuring closed loop digital flow control, automatic gun triggering and reciprocator control.
Traditional open loop controls lack repeatability and don't compensate for incoming air pressure changes at the powder pump. With closed loop flow control, like iControl, changes in compressed air input are measured and converted in to digital signals, then sent to a proportional valve.
This valve then compensates for varying pressure by changing the airflow to the pump accordingly - resulting in repeatable powder output from the gun and uniform film build on the part beng sprayed.
The technology provides digital control of all application parameters and gun movers through a single, user-friendly operator interface.
