Whatever your application, whatever your fuel gas, there's a Smith SlicerTM tip to provide fast, economical and quality cutting. Soft seats are not prone to damage like metal-to-metal seats, providing consistent seating and much longer life than metal to metal seats.
FEATURE BENEFITS
1. In-Tip Mix Provides Added Resistance to Flashback
Each tip is a precision engineered mixer for combining preheat oxygen and fuel gas to attain maximum efficiency.
2. Slip-In Design Saves Time and Money
Quick, easy tip change encourages use of right tip for the job.
3. Hand Tighten Tips - No Wrench Needed!
After the first tightening with a wrench, all that's needed to seat the tip snugly is hand-tightening. No need to search for a wrench to change tips; threads on tip nut won't be stripped by over-tightening.
4. Soft Graf-Tite® Flexible Seats End Reseating Repairs
Compressible soft seats are practically indestructible and they withstand very high temperatures, resulting in longer tip life.
5. Fully Swaged Tip Minimizes Gas Turbulence
Mirror smooth gas passages deliver stable gas flows for high heat transfer, fast starts and clean cuts, also, minimizes slag build-up, and reduces clean-up time.
6. Concave Shaped Tip End
Reduces backfire and resists flameout when making accidental contact with base metal during cutting operations.
7. Removable High Pressure Seat
Allows cleaning from back of tip.

Water jet cutting technology has asserted itself to an ever increasing degree against competing technologies. Highly wear resistant carbide nozzles are a major fact for the cutting result. The main areas of application are the automotive, packaging and aerospace industries, mechanical engineering and electronics.
Water jet cutting has a number of advantages:
- cutting takes place at room temperature (thermal stress is avoided)
- only one tool is used: the water jet
- no limits as to materials that can be cut: ranging from stone, composites, plastics, metals ... up to a thickness of 150 mm.
- a clean job: as opposed to thermal procedures, water jet cutting is emission-free

Gas Cutting Tip: Only the original Koike oxy fuel cutting tips: 102, 102HC, 102-D7, 103, 103-D7, 106, 106HC, 106-D7, 107 and 107-D7 are designed and manufactured to provide high quality cutting, safe operation, longer cutting life, high speed cutting and save gas costs. In addition our 100 series cutting tip can be used to replace Airco® style cutting tips.
All Koike 100 Series cutting tips are designed to mix the fuel and the oxygen used for preheating inside the cutting tip. This is recognized as one of the safest methods. Koike 100 series torches carry a lifetime warranty against a damaging sustained flashback while using genuine Koike cutting tips (excludes IK-82).
The Koike D7 cutting tips are one of the most technically advanced cutting tips available, providing safety and accuracy while saving money in time and gas costs. Our high speed D7 Series of Cutting tips with a divergent tip increase cutting speed 20-28% over standard tips and Gas consumption is reduced up to 26%. A stainless steel liner helps them last up to 5 times longer than other tips.

Lechler high-pressure solid stream nozzles
We have a wide range of special hardened stainless steel nozzles for high-pressure applications, with carbide metal inserts as an option.
High-pressure solid stream nozzles produce a closed, stable, powerful solid jet that does not break away, even at very high pressur

Lechler flat fan nozzles stand for uniform liquid and distribution. Particularly high energy jets are generated with spray angles up to 60°. Nozzles with small flow rates are especially suited for humidifying and spraying in general. The flow geometry of the nozzle allows to produce accurate, compact jets, available with different distribution patterns.

QS-AW Collision Sensor
The QS-AW is a dynamically variable collision sensor that operates on an air pressure system.
A regulated air supply provides positive, variable pressure to hold the collision sensor rigid during normal operation. At impact, the air chamber seal is opened, immediately signaling the system controller.
Factory-proven and engineered to withstand the harsh realities of these applications, QS-AW is the collision sensor specifically designed for arc welding, plasma cutting and laser cutting.
Key Benefits
-Positive, variable air pressure to hold the QS-AW rigid during normal operation, resulting in more accurate welds and cuts
-Permanent repeatability
-Detects angular, rotational and compressive forces
-Common mounting flange to work with a variety of torches
-Flat plate or stem mount available
-Built-in harsh environment shielding

Modern cutting techniques produce a wide range of harmful by-products (water, dust, chips and shavings...). ASP covers are made of industrial fabrics specially designed to resist such conditions. They are tailor-made specifically to fit into this work environment perfectly.

Steel Telescopic Covers
Beakbane Steel Telescopic Covers are designed to protect machine tool slideways and are precision-built for optimum efficiency. Over the last three decades, Beakbane has developed and refined its design know-how and understanding of the requirements of machine tool builders to the point where it is an acknowledged international leader in its field.
The protection of machine tool slideways is essential if machine tool accuracy is to be maintained, down time reduced, and associated maintenance costs avoided.
By working closely with machine tool builders and adjusting quickly to the demands of the latest technology, Beakbane Steel Telescopic Covers have become an integral part of many machine tool designs. We cannot stress too strongly the importance of the cover requirements being considered at the design stage if maximum efficiency and cost benefits are to be achieved.
Our computerised design programme provides data for the precision manufacture of Beakbane Covers. This ensures instant recall of all information needed for repeat orders: also, as an indication of the precision in our manufacturing procedures, it enables us to replace a damaged 'box' in a cover when required.
The individual boxes that make up each cover are interlinking, and depending on the box structure, can be sufficiently rigid to support the weight of an operator when the cover is stationary.
Wiper seals are fitted, as required, to the leading edge of all boxes with the exception of the smallest. The wiper is pressure loaded so preventing the ingress of swarf and other unwanted foreign bodies. The wiper itself is made from hardwearing polyurethane or nitrile rubber, protected in its own steel case from hot chips and swarf.

Bellows
Arnold bellows offer safe protection for both people and machinery. These are the products to soke your problems - in which material, stability and shape can be individually customised.
If the bellows will be subjected to high mechanical stress and strain, the telescopic covers provide safe protection even at high processing speeds. Due to our patented mounting system, the telescopic covers will either be flexibly mounted or connected with the bellows without the use of adhesive materials under consistent counter pressure, if required and can also be coolant-compatible, if this is desired.

The Hot Notcher is a multi-purpose tool used for marking and temporarily fusing loosely woven fabrics which can ensure precise alignment for sewing accuracy. The spread is held securely together and can be moved to the cutting area without shifting. The Hot Notcher marks a visible notch on materials instead of a slit notch which is not easily visible.
