The VARITOP® Tanktop System may be equipped on choice with spray balls or rotating jet cleaners always in connection with the same basic components.The connections ( interfaces ) are identical. In contrast to spray balls, where the cleaning effect is achieved by wetting the tank wall, rotating jet cleaners have the advantage of an additional mechanical cleaning effect by the slowly rotating fan-shaped jet and the associated interval rinsing. Optimal cleaning provides highest plant availability and product quality. Tuchenhagen rotating jet cleaners are availabe with function monitoring as an option. Each cleaner, whether a cleaning lance or a jet cleaner, can be adapted to the customers requests. EDUCTOR PRINCIPLES:
BEX eductors use a unique venturi design which enables smaller pumps to circulate large volumes of tank solution. The eductor will circulate four to five gallons of solution for each gallon pumped.
BEX eductors are used for mixing chemicals, suspending solids, adjusting pH, "sweeping" debris or sludge toward a filter intake and many other useful applications.

Eductors %u2014 These jet mixing eductors are placed in a vessel and fed by a recirculation line. The recirculated liquid sucks in surrounding liquid from the vessel, mixes with it, and is ejected. The ejected liquid promotes further mixing by forming a swirling flow inside the vessel

A container mixing unit is designed for a particular size of container and cannot mix any size of container. The closing cone of the container must be secured with a cover (screwed into the cone) prior to mixing. The operation of container mixing may be fully automated, included the positioning of the container in the mixing unit, and its removal.
Working Principle:
The optimal mixing conditions are:

IBC Mixers
Mixing in Intermediary Bulk Containers (IBCs) can be a challenging task. With the restricted opening and problematic vessel geometry it is difficult to find a mixer which can operate efficiently in these containers. Conventional agitators can provide adequate in-tank movement at low viscosities, but they are generally less effective and can be difficult to clean.
The Silverson Ultramix is designed to provide solutions to challenges such as this. The small diameter dynamic mixing head provides vigorous in-tank mixing, even at higher viscosities, eliminating dead areas in square vessels. This also reduces power requirements and simplifies cleaning – the Ultramix is designed for CIP (Cleaning-in-Place) and complies with 3A, USDA and cGMP requirements.
To further enhance the capabilities of the Ultramix in this application Silverson has designed a mixing station for use with IBCs. The unit incorporates a number of safety features and is available as either a mobile model which can be moved between vessels, or a floor/wall mounted station for operation in a designated area. Various levels of automation are available from safety interlocked manual operation to fully automated systems.

JOGINDRA Container Mixer is specially designed for cold mixing process for all polymer powders or granules with colorants and or additives for concentrated master batches. The mixer is in two parts i.e. Mixer and Storage Hopper. Initially the mixing head is facing to ground and is in a position for lifting and clamping to Container and finally rotate to 180º for mixing. The cleaning time is reduced to a minimum. Widely recognized and approved method. The SDT TankTEST method by introducing a vacuum and listening to the ultrasounds is the most reliable, most cost-effective, most rapid, most simple, most comprehensive and the most accurate.
With SDT's Graphs & Measurements software for the automatic creation of authenticated reports. All data and test measurements are stored in the detector. They can be transferred to a PC. They provide evidence of testing, measurement readings and graphics
and archiving of the performances.
Control principle
- The use of ultrasonic frequencies means a far higher level of sensitivity than is possible with audible sound.
- The pressure in the tank is reduced, and the ultrasonic vibrations caused by the passage of water, air or other substances through a hole in the tank wall are detected by two sensitive sensors, one in the liquid and the other above the level of the liquid.
- The SDT 170 MTT detects the typical frequencies of leaks in underground tanks. It measures them and converts them to audible frequencies. These are fed back in three forms: visually and measured in dBµV on the detector display, and audibly through his headphones.
