Wavo® Springs (RW Series)
Wavo Springs are a compact round wire wave springs designed to fit in tight radial and axial spaces. As an ideal alternative to belleville springs, Wavo Springs provide high and accurate force, while maintaining dimensional stability and precise load / deflection characteristics.
Wavo Springs are stocked in carbon and stainless steel with diameters from ½" to 6". Special designs are available with diameters up to 84".

The shapes of wire forms are only limited by the imagination of the designer, equally with the latest CNC forming machines the ability to produce such wire forms is, in many cases only limited by the skills and imagination of the machine setter.
Airedale Springs Ltd has continued to invest in the latest CNC coiling / wire forming machines increasing its capabilities including those in wire forms. We are able to produce simple wire forms or complex wire forms by using the most effective ways possible, such as CNC, special tooling or hand made processes, as appropriate.
We have been able to assist many of our customers in solving their wire form design problems. Some of our solutions have lead to significant cost savings on tooling, manufacture, assembly costs and materials usage.

Heavy Duty Springs
For all applications requiring big size springs (up to 94mm wire diameter), Ressorts Masselin has the capacity to hot roll your products. Springs can be specified stand alon or part of a kit to be assembled and including up to 3 springs inside each other.
For your projects, our engineers are available to evaluate feasibility and propose prototyping for complete validation.

Piezo cable is another form for piezo polymer sensors. Designed as a coax cable, the piezo polymer is the “dielectric” between the center core and the outer braid. When the cable is compressed or stretched, a charge or voltage is generated proportional to the stress. Piezo cable has a number of advantages in certain applications. Due to its coaxial design, the cable is self-shielded, allowing its use in a high EMI environment. The piezo cable can be spliced to passive coax, using standard coax splice techniques. It is extremely rugged, and will stand up to heavy loads as with truck axle counting. Its linear format makes it ideal for monitoring large areas. Two versions of the piezo cable are offered, copolymer and spiral. The copolymer cable is only available in limited quantities. The spiral cable is most commonly used. Continuous lengths of piezo cable are available up to 1000 meters. The jacket on the cable is polyethylene.

The electron-beam cross-linked and non-polluting RADOX® solar cables are extremely robust, highly resistant against heat, cold and weather influ-ences like UV-radiation or ozone and hydrolysis. Additionally, these cables are halogen free, flame retardant, and do not generate corrosive gases or low smoke in case of fire.
RADOX® solar connectors are also equipped with outstanding mechanical properties with high weather resistance and are also halogen free. They are especially characterized by a narrow design and a high current carrying capacity due to a low electrical resistance.
HUBER+SUHNER develop and produce high-grade receptacle systems that are optimally matched to your volume production processes.HUBER+SUHNER supplies completely assembled wiring systems in required lengths or raw cable and connectors with an outdoor assembly kit. Once out of service, RADOX® solar cables can be disposed of according to EU Code EAK 170411 (2001/118/EG), allowing them to be recycled into new raw materials for reuse.
