Wavo® Springs (RW Series)
Wavo Springs are a compact round wire wave springs designed to fit in tight radial and axial spaces. As an ideal alternative to belleville springs, Wavo Springs provide high and accurate force, while maintaining dimensional stability and precise load / deflection characteristics.
Wavo Springs are stocked in carbon and stainless steel with diameters from ½" to 6". Special designs are available with diameters up to 84".

Airedale Springs Ltd has continued to invest in the latest CNC coiling / wire forming machines increasing its capabilities including those in wire forms. We are able to produce simple wire forms or complex wire forms by using the most effective ways possible, such as CNC, special tooling or hand made processes, as appropriate.
We have been able to assist many of our customers in solving their wire form design problems. Some of our solutions have lead to significant cost savings on tooling, manufacture, assembly costs and materials usage.

Heavy Duty Springs
For all applications requiring big size springs (up to 94mm wire diameter), Ressorts Masselin has the capacity to hot roll your products. Springs can be specified stand alon or part of a kit to be assembled and including up to 3 springs inside each other.
For your projects, our engineers are available to evaluate feasibility and propose prototyping for complete validation.

SANDOW AVIA technical elastic shock cords, also called bungee cords, are designed to meet aviation standards., particularly French aerospace ASNA standards.
Force /extension properties are guaranteed for a given diameter and a given elongation. (maximum 100%)
Shock cords from 4 to 30 mm in diameter will resist tractive forces of 1 to 400 daN respectively.

Hand Brushes, Spark Plug Brushes and Fine Brushes
Good partners
Hand Brushes are used everywhere, in the metal industry, construction work, in the workshop... They are found in every tool box. The complete range contains all types of filling materials, from coarse steel to the finest brass wire. The handles are made of beech wood with two hanging holes. All hand brushes have a bar code stamp. For special applications we recommend hand brushes with plastic body. For example the Brake Caliper Brushes ROKI or our hand brushes for the food industry.
Spark plug brushes and Fine brushes are the perfect tool for fine brush applications.

Hand brushes with wooden cores are available in a variety of widths (multiple rows). Strip-type hand brushes have a slimmer working surface for precision work, specifically on the cavities in profiled surfaces. Hand brushes help in cleaning, derusting, paint removal and polishing processes.

Steel Wire Hand Scratch Brushes are densely filled with an even trim to provide a uniform brushing face. They are made with solid hardwood blocks, smoothly finished and shaped for more comfortable brushing. Wood handles are made in two shapes. Made available in specially Tempered Steel, Stainless Steel, Brass and Phosphorous Bronze. Excellent industrial tools for general cleaning purposes.

INDUSTRIAL WIRE SCREENS FOR ALL TYPES OF VIBRATING SCREENS
We manufacture Industrial Wire Screens for all types of Vibrating Screens. The most common types are those with hook strips fixed on two sides of the screen section, called either End Tensioning or Side Tensioning Screens.
For special Vibrating Screens there are screen sections with reinforced edges on all four sides.

The SMAC CABLE wire rope isolators, which are entirely metallic and pocess multi-axis characteristics, well adapted for the isolation of materials exposed to shock and vibration in harsh environment (ex: embedded electronic enclosures).
The assembly of plates is ensured by:
stainless steel staples for 2305s to 2340s series
stainless steel or bichromated coated with zinc steel screw for 2345s to 2395s series and 2405s to 2450s series.
The plates can be delivered with Thru (Th), Countersunk (C), or Threaded (T) fixation holes.
