The Alpha Stereo Binocular Microscope utilises Vision Engineering's patented ISIS Exit Pupil Expansion technology to provide up to 10x greater freedom of head position than conventional binocular eyepiece systems.
ISIS technology expands the available optical pupil by means of multilenticular optical surfaces, allowing the operator more than 38mm of head freedom from the eyepieces.
Alpha eliminates the need for users to precisely align their eye with the centre of each eyepiece. A small movement of the eye no longer means losing part of the field of vision, as the pupil easily stays within the latitude of the twelve-times-wider exit ray bundle.
Users can simply move their eyes to view the full image area, rather than repositioning their heads or the workpiece to operate within the constraints of a narrow conventional exit field.
Spectacles or contact lenses can thus be worn in comfort during use.

FLEXIBLE / GLASS / STAGE
On standard tables after many working hours you see the signs of use. This sad fact can be changed easily. We offer a stage with an inserted ultra-hardened glass plate, which is flexible and resistent against chemical fluids. Because of the frosted screen, it is possible to make a pre selecting of specimens. The LILY MCX500 comes in the standard version with this stage.
The same stage with an inserted flexible hardened glass plate can be connected to a hightech light system. The integrated light disc, allows to make a fast macroscopical pre selecting of the specimen. Now it is easier to decide about and/or examine bad-dyed specimens or to mark very small samples. The gentle light is on/off-switch able and is not getting warm.

The measuring microscope is a multifunctional microscope measuring system which integrates optical, mechanical, electrical and video elements. It provides eye piece magnifying, visual display magnifying, input and output data processing functions. The observation system includes three types: single eyepiece, double eyepiece and CCD image.
The video toolmaker microscope is widely used for electronic components, precision mold, precision tool, spring, plastic rubber, oil seal valve, camera components, automobile components and PCB processing components, etc
With RS-232 communication interface connected with a computer, the microscope can input and output measuring results and save images. Special measuring software M2D-AT is used to automatically detect edges .You can measure work pieces just by clicking the mouse instead of programming, it is simple, convenient, easy to learn and suitable for needs of different users. It is mainly used to measure geometric elements such as length and angle, thread parameters, cam, gear and cutting tool (milling cutter, hobbing cutter and screw tap), cone and cylinder components, templates and hole pitch, etc. Eyepiece reticule can be used for compare measurement and coordinate measurement with magnification of the sizes and outline of the work pieces. In addition, it can be also used as a observation microscope in precision processing industry with non-contact measurement, e.g. to inspect the surface roughness via relative measuring methods.
