Designed For Your Application - Three configurations are available to suit your specific temperature and cycle time requirements. Operating Temperatures to 320° C equate to shortened cycle times which result in higher throughput, higher production rates and lower overall cost; allowing you to use a smaller oven for a given level of production. In addition, the internal air supply panels distribute heat very evenly, resulting in dense loading capabilities and a high capacity per square foot of floor space.
Cycle times can be as short as 1 1/2 hours when equipped with Ultra Performance Filters and 2 1/2 hours when equipped with High Performance Filters. A unique mounting system for the HEPA filters reduces particulate concentrations and stress from thermal expansion and contraction. Despatch guarantees ISO Class 5 condition for all oven configurations throughout the cycle.
Optional touchscreen controls with an Allen Bradley PLC are powerful, yet easy to use. The system collects data for process validation, monitors operations relative to control limits, and communicates with external data processing equipment.
Thorough IQ, OQ and SQ validation packages minimize the time and effort required for installation, start-up and validation (available as an option.) |

The OMVE HT320 can be fitted with different heat treatment systems and has a very low hold-up volume. The entire system is operated by a central PLC. The UHT system is supplied with a nominal capacity of 50 l/hr or 100 l/hr at 145°C.
Unlike other systems on the market, the OMVE UHT pilot systems are based on modules that can be configured to customer specifications. All processes can be performed aseptically. |

The Despatch barrier-ready Depyrogenation Tunnel is a Class 100, integrated, continuous system that uses heated airflow in the depyrogenation of pharmaceutical glassware.
Five Patented Features:
Cool zone self-sterilization: The tunnel can be programmed to automatically sterilize the cool zone when the tunnel is not in use. Dry heat provides more complete sterilization.
Hermetically sealing, self-sterilizing exit gate: An automatic gate hermetically seals the tunnel exit when it is not in use.
Unique conveying: The upturned edges of the conveyor move with the glassware to keep them tightly packed, with minimal friction. This reduces breakage, scratching and the number of airborne particles.
Dynamic pressure balance: A fully automated pressure system adapts to fill room/ barrier isolator pressures ranging from 0.05 to 0.50 inches of water column. The system stays in balance despite changing pressures in the surrounding areas. No manual damper adjustments are required.
Linear cooling of the vials: As vials move from the hot zone to the cool zone, they are subjected to significant thermal stress, which could cause cracking or implosion. Despatch's near linear cooling process reduces temperatures as quickly as possible, with reduced stress. |

Dry-Heat-Sterilisers
The sterilisers supplied by Vötsch have a GMP-/FDA-suitable design and offer the advantage of a quick, reliable and cost-effective sterilisation.
Depending on the model, working chamber volumes of 560 to 3125 liters are available. The Vötsch sterilisers fulfil standardly the requirements of the clean room class DIN ISO 7. With the use of special recirculation air filter, even the requirements of the clean room class DIN ISO 5 are fulfilled.
Sterilisation temperatures of 230 °C and 250 °C can be realised depending on the customer’s requirements. Additionally, the Vötsch sterilisers are suitable to be used for depyrogenisation at temperatures of 300 °C and 350 °C.
A variety of options and accessories, such as steel wire mesh shelves, charging trolleys, transport trolleys, filters, Vötsch software package, qualification documentation etc. completes the comprehensive product spectrum.
Vötsch developed the unique two-chamber-system which facilitates a particularly economic sterilisation process and high throughput. The sterilisation chamber retains its sterilising temperature and whilst the sterilised products are cooling down in the cooling chamber, the sterilising chamber can be recharged.

When undertaking PCR reactions it is important to protect against contamination by DNA from any source. The cabinet, reagents and equipment must be thoroughly decontaminated prior to a PCR process.
UV irradiation is an efficient steriliser, breaking down DNA sequences so that replication cannot occur in a subsequent amplification process. The necessary UV exposure times vary from as little as 5 minutes to a maximum of 30 minutes.
Some of the features of UV Sterilisation Cabinet
1. Powerful UV tube lights are combined with carefully located optical reflectors to ensure uniform intensity distribution of the UV radiation throughout the cabinet.
2. Control system allows the choice of timed UV exposure from 5 - 30 minutes.
3. Door sensors switch off UV lamps if door flap is opened, ensuring operator safety. |

Autoclave Chamber/Load Probe (SL160) Sensor :
The SL160 series of autoclave chamber/load probe sensors are similar to the SL150 series, but differ in having a 90° bend and a chisel point to allow penetration of the product bottle seal.
When mounting a load probe with a straight sheath into a product bottle/container in an autoclave it is often difficult to achieve the desirable orientation. This is often due to both the weight of the probe lead wire and its restrictive bending radius. The SL160 is designed to circumvent this by having a 90° bend in the probe sheath. The addition of a chisel point at the probe tip also allows it to be inserted with relative ease through the bottle seal it there is one.
The SL160 chamber/load probes are currently being fitted as original equipment by a major autoclave manufacturer. |
|
Series SL150 (Sterisensor® in the USA) autoclave chamber/load probe
The series SL150 offers increased flexibility with a tough, thick walled silicone rubber protected lead wire FDA listed (21CFR 177 2600). These units were designed for use in both steam and water cycle autoclaves and are used extensively in autoclaves manufactured by most of the major manufacturers, either as original equipment or as replacement parts.
