Thanks to the battery operation the workig range is extended independently of any power supply, suitable for the application with light and heavy duty polyester strapping up to 1.35 mm (P325) of thickness with smooth and embossed surfaces. Tensioning, sealing and cutting off the strap are accomplished by pushing the respective, ergonomically arranged press levers. Interlocking of the sealing lever during the sealing and cut-off cycle enables single hand operation and substantial time savings. Easy strap threading - both straps are inserted together. Strap tensioning- and sealing-times are individually adjustable, resulting in perfectly secured packages. A high seal efficiency is also guaranteed. The ideal tool for a broad variety of strapping applications in all industrial sectors.

P403 / P404
Both models are handy light weight tensioning and sealing tools to strap flat packages (i.e. pallets, bales, crates and various packages) using plastic-strapping and metal seals. Reliable, robust and service-friendly tool also suitable for non-stationary applications. Thanks to the windless tensioning system very high strap tension can be achieved. Special serrated seals and the patented sealing force balance system guarantee a very high seal joint efficiency. The seal joint is made in no time by operating the sealing handle until it hits the stop. A separate handle, consisting of a grip ball and a bolt are available as option for horizontal applications.

compact and easy to use battery strapping tool for PP and PET straps of 10 to 16 mm strap widths. Utilizing a powerful motor is capable of applying tensions up to 2300 N. The Nickel-Cadmium and Nickel-Metalldydride batteries of the DIGIT SMART LT are made by Makita and enable flexible use of the tool. With the fast charger the battery can be charged within 14 (Ni-Cd) and 23 (Ni-MH) minutes respectively. The ergonomic handle and the balanced weigth distribution enable a "one-hand" use of the tool. The tension and sealing time are adjusted via a simple digital panel.

Sealers
Signode manual sealers provide positive sealing action with minimal effort. Light and durable, they lock Strapping ends into a high strength joint.
Notchtype sealers cut into the seal and outer edges of the strapping, turning tabs down (down notch) or up (reverse notch).
Crimp-type sealers press the edges of the strapping and seal into wavy crimps specially shaped to produce maximum frictional forces on the strapping.

The AMPT-58 is the ideal hand tool for High-Strength Tenax strapping.
Pneumatic Tension-Weld®
The model VT-10 and VT-13 combination tools apply Contrax, Dymax and Tenax strapping. Strap ends are joined with Signode's patented Tension-weld® process, eliminating the need for metal seals.
The lightweight VT-16/19, VT-16HD, VT-19HD and VT-25HD tools apply High-Strength Tenax strapping at higher tension levels. Ideal for use in both horizontal and vertical applications.

With its short base plate the A3H is able to strap smaller packages. Thanks to its small dimensions and low weight it is suitable for a wide range of applications.
