WRAPPING MACHINE TOSA 125E
AUTOMATIC PALLET STRETCH WRAPPING MACHINE WITH ROTATING RING
EQUIPPED WITH WATERTIGHT TOP SHEET DISPENSER
This machine, with rotating film-roll, allows to obtain a steady and compact packing of all sorts of palletized load by a differentiated wrapping on products of sundry nature. An overall packing (five sides) is guaranteed for all sorts of palletized products by the waterproof top sheet dispenser integrated in the machine. Such a wrapping provides an excellent protection against the action of the weather. The possibility of carrying out different wrapping cycles is the main feature of this machine. The wrapping program, in addition to the complete cycle, allows to carry out a downward cycle only, an upward cycle only, a wrapping of the top or the bottom of the pallet only and a waterproof cycle. This machine can be installed on any existing packing line and it perfectly meets high production needs. It is complete with top pneumatic presser, powered pre-stretch assembly, film hooking and cutting unit, film sealing unit, boundary safety-guards, control board with PLC and different adjusting and control units. |

The Mancon 1710-2265 with its fabricated steel construction frame is designed for high speed stretchwrapping with a low maintenance in continuous end of line production environments. The machines technology will easily and effectively wrap pallets with palletised goods on them (usually presented inside the machine by conveyors), secured enough for transportation.
The machine is fitted with an easy film loading Power Pre-stretch Film Carriage for film savings due to cost effective wrapping and pallet stability programs. The machine can automatically apply mid cycle top sheet for dust or water protection.
Advance controls on the machine enable simple and reliable operational view of the stretchwrapping sequences and fault finding. The pallet remains stationary whilst the high speed (40rpm) graphite rotation ring (patent) with Film Carriage circles, and moves up and down applying film to the pallet. Infrared welding (patent) and cutting of the film at cycle end ensure complete secure encapsulation. The Mancon 1710-2265 is CE marked for safety and performance. Full service and spares support. |

Key Facts for the NASH Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps:
· Vacuum pumps from 20 CFM to 23,000 CFM
· Vacuum pumps to 29+ " HgV
· Vacuum pumps designed to operate safely, cleanly and continuously in wet environments.
· Require minimal care - known for extremely low maintenance.
· Provide years of dependable service and quality liquid ring vacuum pumps due to fewer, generously proportioned parts.
· Reduce power and operating costs of liquid ring vacuum pumps, handling higher capacities with less energy/power.
· NASH is the inventor of the liquid ring principle of operation
|
|
Technical data:
Capacity up to 1000(m3/h)
Vacuum up to 730 (mmHg)
Design:
Liquid ring vacuum pumps CEL (single stage) and CEH (two-double) are rotary pumps, with star type impeller eccentrically placed in the cylindrical body.
The principle of operation is based upon the rotation of the impeller eccentrically placed in the cylindrical body, so that the auxiliary liquid forms “water ring”. During the rotation, a part of the water ring enters and emerges among the blades of the impeller so discharging (sucking part) of the operating gas (air), forms appropriate vacuum. The direction of rotation is signed with an arrow on the pump itself.
Except the impeller, the pump has no other movable parts, so that there is no need of any additional lubrication (except bearings) and the sealing between the impeller and the side plates is realizes with the auxiliary liquid.
The water ring also absorbs the whole water vapor that enters with the working gas, thus absorbing the impurities and taking off the heat of the gas.
The service liquid is usually water with optimal working temperature of +150C (max. 450C).
CEL - single-stage pumps with maximum vacuum of 610 (mmHg) can be used in
CEH – double-stage pumps with maximum vacuum of 735 (mmHg)
Applications:
- Paper and cellulose industry,
- Milking sets
- Absorption of vapors in ironing units
- Filter purification
- Humidity absorption of the fabric in textile industry,
- formation and maintenance of the vacuum in the vacuum plants,
- in chemical and pharmaceutical industry,
- in food industry,
- desalination plants,
- in impregnating equipment,

It consists of Synthetic fiber and polyester resin with PTFE micro-powder additions. It has low frictional coefficient and There is no stick-slip. It is applied into Piston and Rod.
Wear Rings are used as a piston & rod bearing to prevent scratching and eccentricity of the piston by absorbing transverse loads on the rod and they also improve the durability of packings in hydraulic cylinder.
Kamglide wear rings are resistant against abrasion, they have chemical and thermal resistance. And they are protected against transverse loads and dirt. And they are economical with low maintenance cost.
