The J2000 stretchwrapper is designed for integration with an automatic packaging line with roller or chain conveyors for transporting the pallets. The J2000 is a robust reliable machine with its motorised film pre-stretch and Siemens S7 300PLC which ensures high availability and flexibility to satisfy the most critical demands.
With over 400 machines in operation all over the world in a wide variety of industries, the J2000 proves constantly to be a sound investment.
The ISS ( Integrated Seaming System ) guarantees a secure final wrap leaving no film tail without contact with the wrapped products.
As well as other options, the J2000 can be supplied with an automatic top sheet dispenser for dust or splash proof topsheet application.

FEATURES:
Utilizes PLC control, equipped with standard organization of professional design.
A frequency inverter controls the speed of the motor, so that the film wrapping and rotational speed can be perfectly matched.
The film carriage is equipped with chain drive, for smooth vertical movement. Speed is adjustable.
Turntable is is equipped with chain drive, for stable turning during pallet loading. Speed is adjustable.
When moving, the pillar can be directly put down. Don't need to take apart the film carriage. This saves time and prevents negligence when reinstalling.
Manual or auto mode of operation.
Soft start / stop and wrap smoothly so the machine life is long.
