NEW pallet-wrapper that functions electrically (compressed air is not required) and is equipped with an exclusive cut and clamp device PAT so that it works fully automatic.
The wrapping cycle starts and ends at the top of the pallet; this uniquely different approach to attaching and cutting the stretch-film provides the following advantages:

Stretch cold extension machine with extensible film as far as a tubular coil, a model with one or more coils. The cover fitting is suitable for every type of product because there are not flames or warm air. This plant links the thermoretractiles qualities concerning the pallets seal, the protection against some atmospheric agents (water and dust) and the practical use of the extensible film. As an addition to the wide range of semiautomatic machines for wrapping pallets, Comarme has produced RONDA 100, a fully automatic machine which wraps and stabilises palletised loads with stretch film. RONDA 100 can be placed at the exit of a palletiser or installed in an existing pallets conveyor line.
It spaces, binds and cuts the film and sends the pallet onto a motor-driven roller assembly. It is especially suitable for medium/high production loads.

PALLET PACKING MACHINE - Model Classic
The Penguin Stretch Wrapping Machine is a fully automatic machine for wrapping pallets using stretch cling film.
- This machine is used in many countries for wrapping pallets with pre-stretched cling film. It ensures stable and moisture-proof wrapping of pallets at minimum cost. Optimum wrapping of pallets using wide range of film material is made possible by the state-of-the-art "Powered Pre-Stretch Unit " which can stretch the film up to 300% (One meter long becomes 4 meters long). Powered Pre-Stretch unit has a seperate motor to stretch the film.
- This simple and sturdy machine can operate continuously under severe industrial environment. The machine can be easily operated by unskilled workers in the packing line as the cycle of operation is completely automated.
