-Because of the seamless stainless steel sheath, Hotwatt Ceramic Insulated Strip Heaters are dimensionally stable in milled slots.

Self-Contained Design With Built-in Power Supply
The UNIFORGE® heating system is a compact, unitized induction billet/bar heating system incorporating a solid state power supply, induction heating coil(s), operator control panel and material handling system. The unitized construction of the UNIFORGE® eliminates the need for interconnections between separate components typical of conventional heating systems, saving floor space and installation time.
Job Matched Induction Heating Systems
UNIFORGE® is designed for forging, mass heating, annealing, extruding and many other induction heating applications. Its concept easily adapts for continuous bar and tube heating or for partial heating of billets and tube. Power and frequency combinations are available from 100 kW to 1000 kW and 500 Hz to 30 kHz.
