PowerStrip 9500 automatic cutting and stripping machine for processing wires up to 12 mm (0.47'') in diameter with pull-off lenghts up to 200 mm (7.87'') on the right wire end (leading end) and 100 mm (3.94'') on the left end (trailing end).
Various models of the PowerStrip 9500 are available - from automatic processing of coaxial cables / shielded cables with rotary incision unit, to special Kevlar cutting head or integrated saw (e.g. for succoform or POF cables). Wire sizes from 0.03 to 25 mm² (AWG 32 - 4) can easily be cut, stripped and slit with unmatched precise Schleuniger stripping quality and high processing speed.
A multiple-blade system on the cutter head allows to use of up to 3 pairs of blades which can easily handle most cutting, stripping and slitting requirements.
The PowerStrip 9500 and all other Schleuniger automatic cut & strip machines can be integrated with various pre- and post processing equipment for prefeeding, marking / inkjet printing, coiling and stacking in an automatic production line. Programming can be either done directly on the PowerStrip 9500 itself or with the PC software Cayman with an easy-to-use graphical editor (WYSIWYG).

Schleuniger UniStrip machines have been proven thousands of times to process wires, cables and a wide variety of special cables. They all operate with extremely fast cycle times and feature a universal blade system that eliminates time consuming change-overs.
Depending on the model, UniStrip machines process wires and cables from 3.2 mm (0.12'') outer diameter up to 9 mm (0.35''). For flat cable processing with the fully programmable UniStrip 2600 or UniStrip 2700 the maximum material width is 11 mm (0.43''), respectively 63 mm (2.48'').
The most flexible machine, the UniStrip 2600 can process many unique applications and wire / cable types, including discrete wire from 0.03 mm2 up to 16 mm2 (AWG 32 - 6), power cords (even multiple conductors with different lengths; all steps processed in one cycle), multi-conductor cables, flat cables and more. Programming the UniStrip 2600 is simple with its cable library (programmable in mm2 and AWG), proven menu-guided software and a graphical user interface.

StripCrimp 200 - the most flexible strip-crimp machine (stripper crimper) in its class. The new generation machine is fully programmable and allows high-precision stripping and crimping of side- or rear-feed type terminals for wire sizes from 0.05 to 4 mm2 (AWG 30 - 12). With a press force of 33 kN, the StripCrimp 200 can process a great variety of terminals and wires.
Integrated crimp force monitoring provides for reliable crimp quality assurance and analysis of crimp data. Several additional functionalities such as re-cut, wayback, micro-adjustment and adjustable cycle speed allow state-of-the-art processing.
Next to other strip-crimp machines, Schleuniger also offers crimping presses, crimp applicators and crimp quality assurance devices.

The KALLER Flange Stripper is used in flanging dies for lifting up the part after the flanging operation.
The KALLER Blank lifter or Stock lifter is used in progressive dies to lift the coil between each forming step.
The KALLER Flange stripper unit is available for top mount and wall/bottom mount and with a stroke length of 50 and 80 mm.
The lifting force in the flange stripper is delivered by a gas spring with an initial force of 200 daN. The gas spring is inverted and fitted into the flange stripper unit.
During try-out and maintenance the slide and/or the gas spring can easily be removed by unscrewing the guide bolt. Once the guide bolt is unscrewed the slide can be lifted up and the gas spring can be remowed. It is now possible to put the slide back and the slide can be moved up and down by hand for try-out.
The KALLER Stocklifter, SLM 300, eliminates the need for additional guide bushings or antirotation features in progressive dies. It simplifies tool design and saves cost and space. It has an easily adjustable force range from 450 to 3100 N. The rigid design makes it even more feasible than applying standard gas springs in this application.
