Semi-axial submersible electric pumps for 6” wells, made of a multistage pump unit prepared for coupling to submersible electric motors (2 poles - 50 Hz), according to NEMA Standard. The pumping unit is made up of the hydraulic components coupling (diffusers, impellers, spacers and bushings). The complete manufacturing cycles of all the components of the pumping unit are made on the Meccanica industriale S.r.l. premises.
• The impellers are available made of bronze or cast iron alloy;
• The diffusers are made of cast iron;
• Axis made of chrome steel double;
• Suction screen, coupling, cable guard , nuts and bolts are made of stainless steel;
• The check valve is fitted directly inside the delivery casing;

Radial electric submersible pumps for 4"wells made up of a multi-stage pump unit prepared for coupling to submersible electric motors (2 poles - 50 Hz), according to NEMA Standard. The pumping unit is made up of an external casing containing the hydraulic components (diffusers, impellers, spacers and bushings). The complete manufacturing cycles of all the components of the pumping unit are made on the Meccanica industriale S.r.l. premises.
• Impellers and diffusers are made of thermoplastic material reinforced with high wear-resistance fibreglass; they are protected with stainless steel inserts in the points of major stress;
• Suction casing and Delivery casing are made of brass alloy with high level mechanical specifications;
• The insertion of a special sliding block lessens friction where the soil is particularly sandy;
• Pump shaft, external casing, cable guard, suction screen, bushes , coupling , pins and bolts are all made of stainless steel;
• The check valve is fitted into the delivery casing.
