The new LR long radius machines are proof of how quickly a new finishing system can establish itself in the market. This machine type was introduced in spring of 2004, yet it has been so well accepted by our customers that the LR machine range has already grown to 5 different models of differing sizes. The LR concept offers a high degree of flexibility. Long radius machines can be used for in-line continuous processing and for batch processing. In batch processing, the machines are equipped with a pneumatic separation flap. Batch processing in LR machines allows the processing of larger parts, with a minimum of part-on-part contact. Their main application is in-line, continuous-feed operation. Continuous-feed operation allows the LR machines to be placed directly into an in-line manufacturing process without having to invest in expensive batch loading equipment. A typical application is the deburring of transmission parts. A most recent example is the finishing of camshafts. The processing objective was the removal of a light burr after machining, without changing the Rz surface readings. The automated LR system replaced a manual brush deburring.

We offer turnkey preservation lines for putting a welding primer or a total surface coating on welding
constructions. Irrespective of the condition of your raw materials, they can be pre-treated, de-rusted and
coated with a high gloss paint, all in one single process.
A complete blasting and painting line consisting of individually adapted conveyor systems, a pre-heater, shotblasting machine, paint booth, and a post treatment dryer. Conveyor systems can be chosen according to individual requirements, together with roller conveyors, traveling grates, and cross transfer lines, etc. A gas-fired pre-heater unit allows the treatment of wet or even ice-covered material from outside storage. The paint layer produced in the paint booth will be dried in line by the post dryer unit, allowing the handling of the components immediately upon exit for further treatment steps. To reduce energy costs, the final drying process uses waste heat energy from the pre-heater.

Corona treater model BHSN ( BOPP-PET industry).
The field of BOPP-PET film has always been for years a key-field for ME.RO. Only an history and a very long experience can allow you to manufacture treaters able to guarantee a complete reliability as these big producing plants require. It is not by chance that nowadays ME.RO can be considered the most important mufacturer for this application. This is demonstrated by the fact that the most important producers of BOPP film around the world have joined our technology to reach important treatment results with no stops of production for years.
MAIN CHARACTERISTICS:
- Web width up to 10.500 mm.
- Specific power (energy density) kept strictly constant during running.
- Special electrode design to give the best transfer of power on the film and to maintain it clean during running.
- Special electrodes in AISI 316 stainless steel able to heat expand without modification of the pre setted air gap (easy heat expand system). |

Ultra-Light equipments are atmospheric plasma generators, designed for surface treatment. These equipments can be used for all kinds of materials (plastics, glass, metal, fabrics, wood, ...) with any shape (film, profiles, powder, 3D, ...).
It can be easily integrated to an existing or a future installation in your industry or laboratory.
ULs are provided with the following source lengths :
- 60 mm
- 120 mm
- 380 mm
- 500 mm
The source produces radical and metastable species that represent a great chemical energy source for surface treatment dry processes.
Uls are also equipped with a generator that provides the essential electrical power to create plasma in the source. It is a key element for an effective surface treatment. It includes :
- an electronical regulator for power control
- internal protections for a safe usage
- a touch-screen interface |

| Suitable for shotblasting of passing flat or single cross-section pieces without any limits of length. The pieces are treated on the upper part at 180°. |
|
| The monorail shotblasting machine may have different shapes (straight, Y-shaped or ring-shaped) with manual and automatic piece feed to the cabin. Particularly suitable for treatment of medium-large articles, also of complex shape, hung individually or in clusters on special hooks. |
|
| Because of their characteristics the rotary-table shotblasting machines can easily be incorporated in diversified machining, adapting to the treatment of various parts of different shape and type. Positioned on the moving table the articles are uniformly covered with a wide jet of shot launched by centrifugation by one or more turbines. Our production range covers from a minimum of 500 mm to a maximum of 2400 mm. On the same principle we produce a 3-table satellite machine, called "T3/100", with tables of 1000 mm each, suitable for delicate articles and large-scale production. |

| This type of machine is particularly suitable for shotblasting small parts loaded in bulk. A special anti-abrasive rubber mat arranged as a cradle receives the articles to be treated and with its movement maintains them in a constant tumble. The articles are hit by the jet of abrasive generated by the turbine, and by continuously changing position, they receive the shotblasting treatment extremely uniformly on all the surfaces. A steel mat is recommended for all earth fusion materials and for all parts with dimensions and weight exceeding 15 kg each. |
|
| Indicated for the grit-blasting to passage of outlined and sheets without length limits. Pieces come dealt on 360° in a single passage. |
|
| The granigliatrice to monorail can have various forms (straight, to "Y" or ring), with feeding of pieces in manual or automatic cabin. Particularly it adapts for the medium pieces treatment - large also of complex form, I am hung singularly or in clusters on appropriate hooks. |
|
| Mac-Dry solvent systems perform the washing cycle inside a sealed chamber, into which one or most baskets have been previously introduced containing the parts to be treated. When the cycle is started, once the door has been closed, a first pre-washing bath is performed lasting 1 minute, in hot solvent (temperature between 45°C and 80 °C depending on the type of solvent and type of pollutant), sprayed by means of high-pressure jets directly on the parts. The solvent of this first bath, which now contains 90% of the contaminants in solution, is then conveyed to the distiller incorporated in the system, which fully regenerates the liquid for subsequent re-utilisation. |
|
| Layers of burnt oil and other solid contaminants (oxides and lapping and polishing pastes) deposited on the component require on the other hand the action of ultrasonics which can be fitted on request in the majority of closed-circuit systems. When the energy of the ultrasonics is transmitted to the solvent, its action is reinforced and detachment is made easier of the pollutants deposited on the surface of the component part, thanks to the cavitation action which quickly produces thousands of small bubbles that implode on the contaminant and break it up. |
|
| The Mono-stage and Single-chamber systems, series M100, are suitable for cleaning metal component parts of various shapes and of small and medium size. These systems, normally installed on production lines or in repair workshops, are able to achieve particularly good results in eliminating emulsified oils, pastes and machining shavings. |
