Corona treater model BHSN ( BOPP-PET industry).
The field of BOPP-PET film has always been for years a key-field for ME.RO. Only an history and a very long experience can allow you to manufacture treaters able to guarantee a complete reliability as these big producing plants require. It is not by chance that nowadays ME.RO can be considered the most important mufacturer for this application. This is demonstrated by the fact that the most important producers of BOPP film around the world have joined our technology to reach important treatment results with no stops of production for years.
MAIN CHARACTERISTICS:

Division profile
Systems to manufacture blown film have formed part of ALPINE's product range since 1955.
The reliability of these film blowing lines is well known, just as are the long years of experience we have had in the design and manufacture of such complex production equipment.
Our three testing centres - in Augsburg, USA and Japan - are equipped with state-of-the-art machines and components, and are used for both customer and development trials. Test series using the laboratory equipment can be carried out under as-real conditions so that the results fully reflect Alpine's capabilities.

The MSK shrink frame technique ensures targeted and metered generation of heat without flames. The optimum shrinking temperature ensures gentle warming of the film which retains its tensile force and fatigue strength. The heating systems developed by MSK are matched to the varying requirements of different industries.

The packaging machines are equipped as ergonomic manual work places
and/or in combination with automatic conveying devices.
All bulk products of the Non Food range can be packaged e.g. screws, fittings or assortments.
The capacity of the machine depends on the conveying system and is up to 30 bags per minute.
As packing material semi tubular film or flat film from polyethylene is used with a strength of 60-80 µm.
Various marking and labelling devices and special equipments are optionally available. |

Nor-Cal offers an extensive selection of commonly used quartz crystal feedthroughs, sensors and multi-channel monitors, cables, quartz crystals, accessories and replacement parts for use in semiconductor, optical and industrial thermal deposition processes. Custom feedthroughs are available with a variety of flanges in all sizes.
Our coating instrumentation products support one of the more popular methods of thin film measurement and rate control _ the crystal monitor, which utilizes the piezoelectric properties of a quartz crystal.
The electrical characteristics of the crystal, which is held in place by the sensor, change during deposition. Single sensors are generally used for short deposition runs, whereas, dual sensors allow for longer runs. Dual sensors require an airline to operate a pneumatic shutter which covers one crystal at a time. The sensor is either welded to the feedthrough or attached with connectors. Most sensors are available with cooling lines.
The application determines the correct choice of sensor. The sensor determines compatible feedthroughs and cabling. The chamber determines the appropriate feedthrough and flange. For application temps up to 150°C, electrical connection between the sensor and feedthrough is accomplished with a vacuum coaxial cable. A bakeable, one piece sensor/feedthrough replaces the standard in-vac cable with a stainless steel high-temp coaxial line for high temperature applications up to 300°C. |

Thin film coating is a vacuum deposition procedure used to enhance the transmissive properties of an optical surface. The most common types of dielectric coatings are anti-reflection and high reflection coatings, but beam-splitter, band pass filter, edge filter, and polarizing coatings are also available. Because thin film coatings are more durable than optical glass, coatings also help protect an optic surface from scratches and the environment.
Optimax produces optics up to 300mm in diameter with a wide variety of narrow and broadband anti-reflection coatings including doublet interface coatings. Both metal and dielectric mirror coatings are also available. For custom coatings, we utilize TFCalc thin film design software. Please see the reverse side for sample reflectance curves.
Optimax performs test runs of all coatings before beginning production to ensure a good design. We use a Perkin-Elmer Lambda 900 Spectrophotometer to check the performance of the coating upon completion. Adhesion, abrasion, and humidity tests are available to verify coating durability in accordance with sections of MIL-C-675C, MIL-C-48497A, and MIL-C-13508C specifications. Laser damage testing is also available upon customer request. |
