Description :
Modular contactors are used for installation into home switch cabinets with a number of different purposes, such as:
- switching-on electric lighting
- switching-on all types of pumps
- switching-on electric heating appliances
- switching-on electric motors
The basic types of the above mentioned modular contactors are R20, R25, R40 and R63, intended for installation on
standard mounting rails with a width of 35 mm (EN 50022).
The contactors can be leaded by means of a lead cover, also available is an auxiliary contactor block RH 11.
A great advantage of our contactors is a relatively silent operation, long lifetime of the mechanism, and high-quality
manufacturing of the mechanism itself.
Technical specifications according to:
EN60947-4-1; EN60947-5-1; VDE 0660, IEC 947-4-1; IEC 947-5-1

Application :
Build-in switch is used as a main switch in distribution boxes in houses or as a switch for individual electric circuits.
With a build-in switch we can completely replace the cam switch. Build-in switch can be sealed either in ON or OFF
position.
Advantages :
Build-in switch has a more robust and simple construction and therefore it has more reliable operation. It also shows
the status of the contacts. With an additional label, the circuit in which the switch is built in, can be marked. Switches
with In. 63A have a double switching off.

Tilt switches are used to sense movement (tilt) of a device above and below a horizontal axis. The angle through which the switch must move for proper operation – the differential angle – is measured from the point of just make to just break; it is specified as a maximum. Some applications include: thermostats, level controls, appliances, security alarm systems, toys and games, float switches and water-treatment equipment (non-mercury)
Tip-over switches sense tilt over 360° of a vertical axis. A common use is in portable heaters used in the home to prevent electrical shock or fire. When the heater tilts more than a specified angle, the switch operates turning the heater off. This angle, called the operating angle, describes the angle from vertical to the point of contact operation. Both normally closed (tilt to open) and normally open (tilt to close) switches are available. Some additional applications include: portable lamps, PC anti-theft devices, vending-machine alarms and machinery security systems
Different technologies are available.
Tilt switch: Ball contact, Opto-electronics, Electronic tilt, Micro miniature, Non mercury contacts, Surface mount
Tip over switch: Ball contact

Circuit-Breakers and Switch-Disconnectors up to 6300 A
Intelligent and capable of communication
The IZM was the realisation of an idea for air-break circuit-breakers which has now become the standard worldwide. The compact circuit-breaker in the rated current range 630 to 6300 A utilises the very latest protective measures from the field of panel building – new technology which, in many respects, has set new standards: in terms of performance with higher switching capacities; in terms of function through the increased signalling and information features; and in terms of handling through front access to the operating components and in terms of installation through the identical connection positions for fixed or withdrawable installation.
The IZM is available in three frame sizes up to 6300 A. The new compact frame size 1 from 630 A to 1600 A only requires a 400 mm wide area in the control panel – and that saves space. Frame size 2 covers the wide range from 800 – 3200 A, simplifying both engineering and handling. The new frame size 3 up to 6300 A is even more compact and now has its operating panel situated in the centre. The same door cutout fits all breaker sizes.
Accessories and auxiliary equipment are identical for the entire range, thus enabling retrofitting to be carried out on site for all versions. Each size of IZM is also available as an IN switch-disconnector. Both accessories and operation are identical to those of the IZM circuit-breaker.
The IZM: Crammed with good ideas.

Sealed construction for protection from environmental elements, including hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide, and nitrogen hydroxide. Terminals are made of ammonia-resistant materials.
Totally sealed body allows process compatibility for time-and money-saving automatic soldering and cleaning.
Space-saving compact dimensions allow high density mounting.
Internal steel ball movement allows functionality of 360° circumference rotation.
The DSB series switch is well-suited to meet product safety concerns due to normally closed (on) status.
Crimped terminals ensure secure mounting and prevent dislodging during wave soldering.
The switch is triggered when tilted beyond ±30° of the horizontal.
