Track rollers for Vee bars/Plain rollers - type FR/LR
The backlash setting and the pre-tensioning of the rollers takes place via the eccentric hub of the rollers of the series FR.., FR..R or LR.., LR..R.
The FR..Z and LR..Z series are the concentric models. In the eccentric rollers, the inner bolts are provided with two holes. These allow for the adjustment of the backlash. If a roller is located in its zero position, the teeth backlash will be the standard value of 0.05 mm flank clearance.
The service life of the system will be reduced by excessive tensioning. With too little tension the rollers will not run, or will wear due to the poor meshing.

Linear guidance systems with linear recirculating ball bearing units comprise ball bearing units, carriages and guideways. They allow large support distances, have adjustable clearance and are to standard accuracy class G3.
The full complement bearing units run on one or both sides of the guideways and, despite their small dimensions, have high load carrying capacity. If the bearing units are screw mounted in carriages, together with the guideways they form four-row linear recirculating ball bearing and guideway assemblies. The ball bearing units are sealed on all sides by the wipers on the end faces and on the sealing strips which form a gap seal in conjunction with the guideway. Linear recirculating ball bearing units can be relubricated.

Linear roller bearings are suitable in conjunction with guideways for locating/locating or locating/non-locating bearing arrangements and form a bearing arrangement system for linear motion with unlimited stroke length. In closed arrangements, they can support loads from all directions and moments about all axes. Their load carrying capacity is extremely high and the space required is very small. The guidance systems can be preloaded by adjusting gibs and have extremely high rigidity when preloaded.
Since the guidance elements have a versatile range of possible arrangements, linear recirculating roller guidance systems are suitable for numerous applications in general machine building, especially for linear guidance systems in machine tools where high guidance and positioning accuracies are required over long traverse distances.
The range is supplemented by adjusting gibs for precise setting of the preload, setting devices for measuring the deformation of the adjacent construction where preload forces must be supported and adapters for easy mounting of the linear roller bearings in a 45° arrangement.

BALL BREARINGS LINEAR RAILS are made of RUNNER that moves in a fixed RAIL.
Designed for load capacity from some kg to 600 kg PER RUNNER, the common length of the rail is 3 meters. It can be 5 meters for some references. Should some applications need very great lengths, the rails can be prepared for an end to end mounting.
Linear rails is the optimum solution for protective or access DOORS applications (machine tools, vehicles, trains or subways) . |

ETP Bushings are the Ideal Locking Device for all Shaft-To-Hub Connections.
ETP Bushings feature a double-walled sleeve, pressure ring and tightening screws. They slide onto a shaft easily, and securely lock most shaft-mounted motion control components in position.
When the bushing screws are tightened the inner and outer walls of the bushing expand, forming a continuous, tight connection on shaft and hub.

General Fabreeka® bushing information:
- Minimum wall thickness of 3/32" is recommended
- Fabreeka® bushing ID is the same as the bolt OD, and the bushing OD is the same as the hole it will fit into.
- To facilitate inserting Fabreeka® bushings, they can be lubricated with a soap solution.
- In general, tolerances on rubber impregnated bushings need not be controlled to the same closeness as required for metal fits, since Fabreeka® is a compressible/flexible material.
- In general production, the tolerance on bushing dimensions is ±1/32". If closer tolerance is required, please contact Fabreeka's® Engineering Department.
Fabreeka® washers are used under the steel washers of the hold-down bolts of Fabreeka® mountings to absorb the rebound shocks and afford complete isolation by eliminating the transmission of vibration through the bolts and steel washers. It also aids in preventing the bolts from becoming loose. |

Our extensive range of grommets, Bushings and strain relief products are designed to protect cabling against sharp edges, especially when vibration is an issue. The grommets can be used on straight edges, holes or irregular shapes.
The products are available in a variety of materials including plastic, rubber and metal. They can be easily installed without the need of adhesive, glue or installation tools. Custom parts are available for specific grommets to enable the user to install in irregular shapes or on straight edges.
Our bushings product range is designed to easily snap into pre-drilled holes. They convert sharp edged holes into smooth, insulated holes. We offer a split design which allows retrofitting on pre-assembled cable harnesses.

With MatchClamp, PFLITSCH is presenting a revolutionary cable installation technology to the world, with which cables can be easily, safely and captively assembled, for example, on housings, equipment and connectors. Possible fields of application are vibration-proof sensor systems, industrial robots, respiration equipment, railway technology, motors, driving gears and a host of other areas with high requirements being made on fastening techniques.
As with all PFLITSCH products, very great sealing with strain relief is a matter of course. MatchClamp is waterproof (tested up to 20 bar) and impermeable to most gases. The fastening technology certainly attains the protective system IP 68 and with a good 500 N provides one to ten times strain relief, depending on the cable concerned, compared to conventional standard cable glands. |
