Since the creation and patenting of the original DualVee® wheel in 1967, it continues to provide easy to use, easy to install guide wheel components and assemblies. DualVee is ideal for a wide array of applications, from the wash room to the sawmill. These rugged yet economical guide wheels are quiet, ideal in long length applications, and tolerant of harsh environments.
DualVee's recirculating elements are self-contained and isolated from the environment; rolling contact between the wheel and track sweeps debris aside, making it ideal for use in contaminated environments.
DualVee offers three different wheel options; original guide wheels, studded guide wheels, and new integral one-piece guide wheels for lower cost and ease of installation. A wide variety of bushings and journals are available.
DualVee single edge or double edge track with patented mounting shoulder is available in carbon steel or stainless steel, induction hardened or "as formed". Hardened track comes in single lengths up to 20 feet, unhardened in lengths up to 22 feet. Track is easily butt-jointed for longer length applications.
A number of accessory items are also available including wheel covers, lubricators, track plate assemblies and wheel plate assemblies.

Rail rollers are self-retaining, single or double row units with particularly thick-walled outer rings. These bearings manufacturers can support axial forces in both directions as well as high radial forces. The bearing outer rings have a crowned or cylindrical outside surface. Designs with a crowned outside surface are used where there is misalignment in relation to the raceway and edge stresses must be avoided. Gantry cranes make it possible to cover large material deposit areas inexpensively, with the only fixed structures required being the ground runways.
Their performance levels, practically unlimited in terms of load-bearing capacity, and sizing potential, make these systems ideal for marble block yards, prefabricated storage areas, container yards, goods yards and raw materials depots. In particular, depending on the gauge, gantry cranes make it possible to create lateral straddles that ensure the whole available area is used. Control any size professional clutch or brake with optimum resolution with the PS-24 & PS-90 Supplier of power supplies. These current regulated power supplies are used for the control of magnetic particle clutches and brakes in unwind, rewind, or intermediate tension control applications.
The PS-24 & PS-90 provide a small amount of reverse current circuitry as a standard feature to minimize the drag torque of a clutch / brake, allowing greater controllability in the lowest torque range. With selectable current ranges, these compact enclosures can be mounted inside the machine professional cabinet, allowing your operator to adjust torque through a remotely mounted potentiometer manufacturers. Alternatively, the PS-24 & PS-90 can be controlled by a 0-10 VDC input from a PLC SUPPLIERS or other automatic control device. Both power supplies mount inside the Cygnus-E tension control as convenient package. |
