Barrel roller bearings are single row, self-aligning roller bearings. They comprise solid outer rings with a concave raceway, solid inner rings with two ribs and a cylindrical or tapered bore and barrel rollers with cages. The bearings cannot be dismantled.
Barrel roller bearings are particularly suitable where high radial shock type loads occur and misalignments must be compensated, see Compensation of angular misalignments. Their axial load carrying capacity is small. |

CAN 300
The CAN 300 module from the Systeme Helmholz GmbH for use in a S7-3001) from Siemens permits connection of CAN stations with the programmable controller. The module can be slotted either into the central controller or into the expansion unit.
The CAN 300 modules support both CAN 2.0A (11 bit) and CAN 2.0B (29 bit) frames with a free selectable baudrate of 10 Kbit/s to 1 Mbit/s.
The CAN 300 module can also be run as Layer 2, CANopen Master, CANopen Slave and with Lenze System bus.
The CAN 300 module contains the power management functions „Power On“, „Stop -> Run“ and „Run-> Stop“. IDs relevant to the programmable controller can be prefiltered using a 5-level acceptance mask.
In CAN 300 modules, 11 free settable timers are available. Each timer can trigger a free programmable CAN frame. In that way, it is simple to implement synchronous protocols commonly used in drive and servo control using the CAN 300 module.

The CAN 400 modules support both CAN 2.0A (11 bits) and CAN 2.0B (29 bits) frames with a free selectable baudrate of 10Kbit/s to 1Mbit/s, or free editable bit timing.
The CAN 400 module can also be run as Layer 2, CANopen Maste and CANopen Slave.
LENZE Systembus in development.
The CAN 400 module contains the scripts "Power On", "Stop -> Run", "Run-> Stop", “Power Off”. Ids relevant to the programmable controller can be prefiltered using a 5-level acceptance mask.
In CAN 400 modules, 16 free settable timers up to a resolution of 1 ms are available.
Each of them can trigger a free programmable CAN frame. In that way, it is simple to implement synchronous protocols commonly used in drive and servo control using the CAN 400 module.

A new dimension to deltadue® series
232/485 converter - deltadue® Manager - Gateway
The Manager function uploads and stores the configuration of all deltadue® modules, to download it when the fault module will be changed.
The Gateway function performs the protocol convertion/optimisation from Modbus RTU-Profibus-DeviceNet to Modbus RTU.
Two serial SLAVE ports allow to use simultaneously 2 MASTERS devices with the same modules group.

Direct communication with S5 and much more!
The Data Station Plus is a multiple protocol converter, a system data logger, and a web interface for industrial applications.
With two RS-232 and one RS-422/485 communications ports, as well as a 10 Base-T/100 Base-TX Ethernet port, the Data Station can connect to various devices simultaneously. With downloadable communications drivers, the Data Station can communicate to virtually any serial or Ethernet device in its own native language, and transfer that data to and from any other connected device. Integrating devices with mismatched protocols can now be done with the click of a mouse!
The data logging facility allows variables to be collected and stored along with a time and date stamp for later review of the process. Files are stored on CompactFlash in IT ready format, allowing programs such as Microsoft Excel to access them.
The "virtual HMI" facility provides a means to view and control a process from any networked PC, using only a standard web browser. The new VGA resolution provides SCADA like display capability at no extra cost. The port sharing facility allows serially connected devices to be reprogrammed remotely.
SOME FEATURES:
- Protocol Conversion Feature Converts Numerous Protocols Simultaneously
- CompactFlash ® Slot Allows Process Data to be Logged Directly to CSV Files (DSPSX & DSPGT)
- Virtual HMI Offers Built-in PC-based SCADA Functionality (DSPSX & DSPGT)
- Webserver Provides Worldwide Access To Data Logs And Virtual HMI (DSPSX & DSPGT)
- Extensive Built-in Driver List Allows Easy Data Mapping to PLCs, PCs, and SCADA Systems
- Alarm Notifications can be sent via Email or Text Messages (DSPSX & DSPGT) |

The Vehicle Bus Analyzer Speaks Your Language
The Vehicle Bus Analyzer is the first conventional oscilloscope to decode CAN serial data into Symbolic (application layer) text. Now, for the first time, an engineer has both the full range of CAN protocol stack information-symbolic, hex, and electrical signal-and the ability to view additional in-circuit electrical signals (sensors and actuators, voltage levels, transients, etc.) that influence the CAN bus. In addition, up to four different CAN buses can be decoded at one time. Standard and specialized oscilloscope tools can be used to validate and debug designs.
Eliminate the Barriers to Fast Debug
Direct symbolic decoding and triggering allows fast and intuitive understanding of events. Simply load your existing DBC database file into the oscilloscope (no re-entry of data is required); capture CAN message traffic; and all electrical (signal), protocol (hex), and symbolic (application) layer information is quickly displayed on the oscilloscope screen. Use standard oscilloscope and specializedVehicle Bus Analyzer tools to find rare events, automatically measure and statistically analyze event timing, and graph/plot information, including extracted CAN message data.
Unique Measurement Tools
The VBA can make many measurements not possible with other instruments. Aside from timing measurements, the VBA can also extract CAN data from a CAN message stream, graphically plot that data on the oscilloscope display, and compare it to other electrical signals. Here, information on the steering angle and steering angle rate of change is extracted from the CAN message acquisition, rescaled to decimal values, and plotted as a time-correlated "Track" on the VBA display.
