Direct drive Dividing Apparatus TA Sk 50:
Rotational axis for dividing in machine tools or other processing machines. The changing pallet truck
Everybody knows how to move pallets using a pallet truck. Lifting them to a height of 800mm is also nothing new.
A pallet truck fitted with a work platform, ramp and roll stop in order to carry out assembly, maintenance and repair of small machines such as lawn mowers, pumps etc makes the truck really useful.
A platform made of aluminium tear plate fitted with a ramp makes it possible to drive directly onto the truck which can then be raised to the desired height. The ramp can then be used as a roll stop.
The work platform is independent of the pallet truck which is simply pushed under the platform and locked into place. The platform and truck are just as easily separated.

The development kit DVK90109 has been developed by Melexis to create specific applications using 125 kHz protocols and to evaluate the advantages of the MLX90109 transceiver IC.
The DVK90109 results of the combination of the development board DVKRFID and the evaluation board EVB90109. The EVB90109 is plugged on the DVKRFID through a 10 pins connector (including Coil, VCC and Ground) and controlled by the microcontroller ATMEGA128.
A set of commands has been elaborated by Melexis to define the communication between the Computer and the evaluation board EVB90109.

The Fixturlaser PAT will be the final solution to all your belt alignment needs
With the Fixturlaser PAT, you are never in doubt on whether your belt transmissions are aligned or not. By using the groove as reference, you will achieve a precise alignment which reduces belt wear, bearing failures and vibrations.
The Fixturlaser PAT comes with two line laser transmitters, each equipped with two spring loaded guides which fit into the pulley grooves. The Fixturlaser PAT is equipped with various sized removable guides to fit standard sheave sizes A-E (6 mm - 40 mm). Additional guides for alignment of timing belts are avilable as accessories.
The use of two laser transmitters with integrated targets, makes it very easy to find out what kind of alignment that is required. Parallel offset, angular error and twist are instantly visible to the operator. Within a few minutes, the operator can determine if the machine requires alignment or not.
The alignment process is as easy as the mounting. Just turn on the lasers and look at the opposite mounted unit. The laser draws a line on the target label as in the illustration below. If necessary, adjust your machine position until the laser lines are aligned with the centre mark on both units.

Drive-in racking is ideal for homogeneous products with low levels of turnover and a high number of pallets per article type. This system offers the highest use of available space in terms of both area and height.
Advantages:
- Maximum use of available space (85%).
- Elimination of aisles between the racking.
- Rigorous entrance and exit control.
- Drive-in racking can generally accommodate as many article types as there are loading aisles.
Two management systems are available: the drive-in system, with only one access aisle, and the drive-through system, with access to the load from both sides of the rack.
The system is frequently used in cold stores (refrigeration and freezing) which require maximum use of space for the storage of products in a controlled temperature.
Drive-in racking can also be used in construction of clad-rack buildings whose most striking feature is that they do not require the existence of a building prior to construction.
