Direct drive Dividing Apparatus TA Sk 50:
Rotational axis for dividing in machine tools or other processing machines. Due to the direct drive implemented in this machine far higher r.p.m. rates can be achieved than as with comparable worm driven devices. Work pieces can thus for instance be treated by cylindrical surface grinding. The drive is absolutely free from any play or float.

The development kit DVK90109 has been developed by Melexis to create specific applications using 125 kHz protocols and to evaluate the advantages of the MLX90109 transceiver IC.
The DVK90109 results of the combination of the development board DVKRFID and the evaluation board EVB90109. The EVB90109 is plugged on the DVKRFID through a 10 pins connector (including Coil, VCC and Ground) and controlled by the microcontroller ATMEGA128.
A set of commands has been elaborated by Melexis to define the communication between the Computer and the evaluation board EVB90109.

Type A and Type B
The two drive types are controlled by a simple cable remote control with up/down keys. We recommend Type B for high loads. The engine and the control are built into the housing. The transformer (230 VAC, optionally 110 VAC) is attached on the outside of the housing. The cable remote control (2 m cable length) is installed below the table edge at the desired location, and can be pushed under the table top.
Typ C
On drive Type C different heights can be memorized and automatically selected. The memory board also has a digital height indicator. The infrared remote control is available as an alternative to the memory board. The power supply (230 VAC, optionally 110 VAC) is integrated into the control unit. The memory board (2.5 m cable length) is installed below the table edge at the desired location, and can be pushed under the table top.

The Sumitomo Cyclo drive is unsurpassed by any other inline drive available in the market today. Cyclo's unique epicycliodal design has advantages superior to speed reducers using common involute tooth gears. Cyclo components operate in compression, not in shear. Unlike gear teeth with limited contact points, a Cyclo has two thirds of its reduction components in contact at all times. This design enables Cyclo speed reducers and gearmotors to withstand shock loads exceeding 500% of their ratings, and provide exceptional performance, reliability and long life in the most severe applications.
Features & Benefits:
- Highest overload capacity, exceeding 500%
- Exceptional life with a 24 month unlimited warranty
- High efficiency, even at high reduction ratios
- Unlike involute gearing, no thermal limits
- Available as inline speed reducer or gearmotor
- Ideal for severe, high shock applications
- Grease lubricated for no maintenance
|
|
Fine Cyclo Speed Reducers are designed for robotic and other very demanding applications. These reducers emphasize zero backlash, extremely small lost motion and very high torsional stiffness to insure the ultimate in positioning accuracy. Because Fine Cyclo is based on the Cyclo speed reduction principals and technology, it withstands high shock loads, and boasts high reduction ratios in a small package.
Features & Benefits:
- High Shock Load Capacity
- Compact Size and High Torsional Stiffness
- Small Hysteresis Loss
- High Efficiencies and Low Vibration
- Multiple Configurations for Application Flexibility
