Direct drive Dividing Apparatus TA Sk 50:
Rotational axis for dividing in machine tools or other processing machines. Due to the direct drive implemented in this machine far higher r.p.m. rates can be achieved than as with comparable worm driven devices. Work pieces can thus for instance be treated by cylindrical surface grinding. The drive is absolutely free from any play or float. |

| IclA intelligent compact drives consist of a motor and control electronics. The drives are controlled via a fieldbus or a pulse interface. IclA are used as decentralised drives in machine and automation applications. In connection with a motion controller or a PLC, complex automation tasks can be performed in a simple and cost-effective way. Complete function modules are available for easy motion programming with a Schneider Electric motion controller. |

| The motors are solidly designed and are maintenancefree for life. The multi-grooved stator contains a threefold winding which, together with the phase-shifting capacitor, creates a symmetrical rotating field at the rated working point of the motor. The rotor is of the squirrel-cage type. Two- or four-pole motors with a variety of design Iengths and diameters provide rated torques from 0.75 to 12.6 Ncm. Can be combined with reduction gear units, brakes, and tachogenerator systems. |

The family with success of the drives of FlexiDrive positioning was lately supplemented by a new compact alternative MSIA. This alternative delivers, in discontinuous service, up to 238 W for a depth of assembly of only 245 mm reducing included/understood, and can be equipped with radial or axial connectors of exit.
The systems of drives FlexiDrive MSIA are built on the basis of engine with D.C. current without brushes with integrated positioning control. A multi-turn absolute coder is also integrated, delivering a signal coded on 14 bits per turn, for more than 260.000 turns. The whole is controlled via an interface Profibus DP or Canopen. FlexiDrive is used for the automatic adjustment of the format on the packing machines, of work of wood, paper or metal.
This design "all-in-a" causes to appreciably reduce the costs of engineering and wiring as well as the size of the electrical power boxs. The positional checking of the axis, ensured by a multi-turn absolute coder, guarantees tiny times of preparation and handing-over under operation, even after a total cut of the installation. With this new version, you have a solution of drive requiring even less place than before. |
