Threadless hose fittings that are a patented, innovative alternative to conventional threaded fitting. WEO Plug-In fittings simply “plug in” to hydraulic systems. A click-to-connect feature provides easy engagement of the male and female halves, without the tools required to connect and disconnect threaded fittings. Other benefits include:
· Leak-free connections.
· No follow-up tightening.
· Minimum space needed. A cartridge insert, designed to drop into the port or valve manifold, allows further reduction in space required for hose assemblies.
· Work injuries eliminated.
· Longer hose life—WEO fittings are self-aligning.
· Easy to service.
· Lower overall cost—Elimination of leakage, improved accessibility, and reduced installation time make WEO fittings lower in overall cost than threaded fittings.

SchuF invented the Lift Plug Valve in 1914. Since then, it has delivered plug valves to the Chemical, Refinery, Delayed Coking, Polymer, Cement, Mining and Power industries.
Lift Plug valves as suitable for a variety of applications such as isolation, or switching where the medium is highly abrasive, or operating conditions are severe - such as very high temperatures.
SchuF produces a special range of lift plug valves for the coking industry - the IsoPlug and SwitchPlug range. |
|
Rising-plug style valve for process instrumentation applications. Provides users with a highly reliable valve solution for applications where contaminated media can lead to premature valve failure.
The rising plug valve's ‘straight-through’ design supports higher flow rates than needle valves, helping to avoid the build-up of deposits.
The HRPV Series valve features an 8-turn actuation cycle, with a rolled spindle thread and smaller sealing area - lowering the torque required when controlling high pressure fluid flows and providing a long life. It’s rated to 10,000 PSI (689 bar) - a typical actuation torque of just 25 pound-inches (2.82 Nm) of torque is required.
Two types of body are available: inline 2-port design, and an inline design with a standard 3-port gauge interface at one end. In its smallest 1/4 inch female NPT version, the overall body length of the compact valve measures just 60.5 mm.
As standard, the valve is provided with PEEK seats, which allows the valve to operate up to 200+ degrees C, and resists wear and damage from the kind of aggressive media encountered in oil and gas processing environments.
Fabricated from 316 stainless steel as standard, HRPV Series valves can optionally be specified in a wide range of exotic alloys.

To complement the Pipestoppers™ range of nylon expanding plugs, we offer all sizes of aluminium plugs.
These are provided in sizes from 1.5" upwards and are suitable for more arduous duties such as immersion in chemicals and/or higher temperatures.
They are manufactured with 1/2", 1" and 2" outlets.
1/2" Outlet for plugs sizes up to 6"
1" Outlet for plugs sizes 6" to 18"
2" Outlet for plug sizes of 20" and greater
The standard seals are made from natural rubber and special rubber seals are available for chemical applications where greater resistance is required.
(alternative rubber rings options are: Silicone, Nitrile & Viton)

All plugs conform to British Standards BS8005 for low pressure testing and sealing of pipes.
The basic principle - effective sealing is simple, insert the plug into a pipe opening and tighten the wing nut clockwise. The rubber ring will expand and provide a positive seal. To remove simply reverse the process.
Tightening the wing nuts is easy with the Pipestoppers patented friction free washer.
Typical applications:
Are usage for plumbing operations in a wide variety of industries, including domestic and industrial water and drainage systems.
Also for ducting and conduit, swimming pools, masking in painting and casting industries, as weld purge plugs for stainless steel pipewaork fabrication and many others. |
|
Manufactured from nylon, an engineering polymer resistant to salt water corrosion and many chemicals gives them a high quality leak tight seal in the selected orifice.
There are two types:
A solid shaft version with five sizes from 0.5 inch up to 1.5 inch.
and
A hollow shaft version with eleven sizes from 0.5 inch to 6 inch inclusive.
All plugs have:
A central spindle/shaft on which two plates are fitted with a natural rubber tyre/ring between them a wing nut on the shaft moving the two plates together compressing the tire and making the seal in the pipe or orifice.
Natural rubber tyres which can be substituted for different rubbers where additional chemical and/or heat resistance is required.
Alternative rubber rings options are: Silicone, Nitrile & Viton)
Click Download for a PDF on alternative rubber properties.
The hollow shaft version with sizes from 0.5 inch to 6 inches allows:
Water or gas to be injected or drained as required.
Sizes of 1.5 inch and above are threaded with a half inch BSP for the connection of standard nuts/hose fittings is provided with a solid end cap seal are fully demountable for cleaning and parts replacement.
Optional end caps are available with fixed nipples/nozzles for hose connection or free nipples which can rotate when heavier hoses are used. |

Absopulse Electronics offers a line of plug-in (Eurocard) DC/DC converters designed for railway and other harsh-environments. These units utilize field-proven topology to deliver any DC output up to 130Vdc. They can typically be operated from supply voltages of 24Vdc ((14.4–37V), 36Vdc (22–55V), 48Vdc (28V-74V), 72Vdc (42V-110V), 96Vdc or 110Vdc (57V-168V). Other inputs are available on request.
Absopulse’s line of plug-in (Eurocard) railway converters are designed to meet the requirements of EN 50155 for electronic equipment used on railway rolling stock. They also meet EN 55022 Class B EMI and EN 50121-3-2 (EMI and EMC). The plug-in (Eurocard) series is rated for operation over a -25 to +70oC temperature range without derating, with natural convection cooling. Features typically include full electronic protection on the input and output, optocoupler, optional alarm output and optional control input. An optional built-in redundancy diode to allow for parallel connection to achieve higher output power or N+1 redundancy is available on most designs.
