At present, the demands for generators of endogas and exogas regard 15% of our supplies.
The major part of the plants are requested with atmospheres on a nitrogen-methanol base. The steadily increasing use of atmospheres on a methane base is to be considered an important fact.
These atmospheres can only be applied in cases of wide tolerances and for specific productions. The current experimentation indicates that there will not be great changes in the future as far as the technical aspect is concerned.

BENEFITS AND SAVINGS
- H2 production only on demand
- Ultra compact design
- Improved productivity and chromatography results
- Improved safety in the lab
- Extended column life
- Increased efficiency in the laboratory
- No caustic solutions required
- Recommanded by the major analytical instruments company
APPLICATION
Eliminate the high pressure H2 gas cylinders of the laboratory by generating a continuous source of pure H2 gas for the following applications:
- GC-FID, NPD, TCD, ELCD, HALL
- GC-Carrier gas
- THA
OPERATING MODE
These generators use the newest membrane technology for the electrolytic production of pure H2 gas. This technology was preferred over alternative hydrogen generating techniques because it is clean, requires less maintenance and there is no need to store chemicals to maintain operation. Hydrogen is produced by electrolysis of water through a polymer membrane. Only pure water, either distilled or deionised, is required to provide trouble free long term operation. A dessican t cartridge purifies the hydrogen.
Safety features :
The small contained volume(< 50 ml )makes the generator safe for operation in spaces where cylinder hydrogen is restricted. An auto shutt off procedure places the unit in standby in the event of an internal error, and selectable alarms allow the user to be informed whenever operating conditions vary from the set point.

The nitrogen generator was designed spécifi quement to meet the requirements of flows, gas purity and pressure for instruments LCMS. it can be used for evaporations of samples. The nitrogen is produced by using membrane technology, to separate effi cacement the nitrogen of the other gas molecules present in the air ambiant.la falls of pressure is only of 1 bar, making easier the connection of the generator to your own network of compressed air.
Advantages
Improvement of the performances of the instrument the guaranteed constant purity of nitrogen improves the stability of the system and ensures of the reproducible results.
Improvement of the effectiveness of the laboratory volumes of relatively high gas required by instruments LCMS make a food by bottles inappropriate for these applications.
More important economy Return on investment < 1 year. No the hiring of bottles, not of infl ation of price.
Reinforced safety the produced nitrogen with low pressure and room temperature eliminates the dangers associated with the bottles with high pressure and handling from liquid nitrogen. Simple installation the generator can be installed easily. Do not require electricity and can be installed directly on a wall to optimize the place in the laboratory.

ISO 20' CONTAINERISED CYLINDER FILLING PLANT - TURN KEY
Iso 20' workshop container
The whole of the components is entirely mounted within a modified container serving as technical workshop divided in two areas with three access doors and a control board with digital display. The container is equipped with a dismountable metallic roof, an air cooling system as well as inside and outside lighting. Among other features, we may point out the special outdoor paint consisting in a primer surface treatment and finishing enamel coat .
The container represents an excellent protection against intrusions of any kind (dust, rain, thefts, and so on), it allows CPO units to be operated every door closed. Designed to be used outdoor, their ventilation system guarantees the efficiency of the whole device whatever the environment temperature and moisture conditions are.
Seemingly similar to any other 20 feet container, the CPO workshop container facilitates considerably the conveyance of the plant (pass for fork-elevator, bolt-on ISO corners). In addition to that, it can easily be loaded on an adapted trailer improving the mobility of the equipment to such a point that it can be operated from a spot to another without being taken off the trailer.
