Nitrosource
autonomous 100%, with a reduced maintenance, the Nitrogen generators Parker replace the bottles of gas and the liquid supply of nitrogen.
Applications: inertage, network of nitrogen, packaging of food products...
Based on membrane technology, Nitrosource is the nitrogen generator of evolutionary design, enabling you to extend the capacity of the generator on site without repurchasing a complete generator. It thus follows the evolution of the growth of your factory. It produces nitrogen in full safety 24:00 /24H, until 4000 Nm3/h.
Nitrosource® enables you to easily produce nitrogen on site starting from compressed air.
Nitrosource® is composed of a central processing unit which can be wide in term of capacity by the addition of 5 pennies units. Thanks to the design Master/slave, up to 11 central processing units and theirs under units can be connected between them and managed like a single generator.
Nitrosource integrates a station of filtration of compressed air of high-quality. This characteristic optimizes laquality of compressed air in entry of the generator, ensuring a great longevity of the hollow fiber membranes. The generator is equipped with a digital system of data management to record and communicate the parameters of operation such as the pressure, the flow and the residual concentration out of oxygen.
The equipment is deprived of parts moving, ensuring an operation without concern, durable and
almost without maintenance. The generator is ready to function as soon as the compressed air is connected.
Nitrosource offers an unlimited quantity of nitrogen to you and can be easily connected to an external reservoir of storage. This will enable you to absorb the peaks of consumption in your applications where the demand for nitrogen is variable.
Ideal solution to replace the nitrogen bottles or the liquid nitrogen supply.

Tailored Product
Based on its extensive experience in hydrogen technology HyGear has well proven reforming- and PSA-modules available in several sizes. These modules which have been proven in HyGear's HGS-V and HGS-L can be cascaded to come to larger capacities. Thus tailored systems can be engineered to meet customer requirements up to 250 Nm3/hr of hydrogen supply. The reforming reactors have already been tested on several fuels. Through development programs the fuel range and size will be extended further over the next few years, depending on market requirements. Today natural gas fed systems up to a capacity of 250 Nm3/h can be supplied with CE-certificate and one year full warranty. Other fuels and sizes can be offered upon request. |

ADVANTAGES AND ECONOMIES
Conceived specifically to meet the requirements of flows and purities of the analytical instruments
Increase in the analytical performances
Increase in the effectiveness of the laboratory
Reinforced safety
More important economies
Simple installation
Recommended and approved by the manufacturers of instrumentations LCMS
APPLICATION
Product of nitrogen high purity starting from compressed air.
Replace the nitrogen bottles for the following applications:
- LCMS/MS
- DETECTOR ELSD
- EVAPORATION Of SAMPLES
Principle of operation
Nitrogen is produced by using membrane technology, starting from a network of compressed air without oil or pre treaty of a mini pressure. of 110 psi.
The fall of pressure is only of 10 psi (0.5 bar), weakest of the market, making easier the connection of the generator to your own network of compressed air.
The diaphragm functions on the principle of the selective permeation, or the oxygen, the steam and the CO2 which are fast gases cross the diaphragm, while nitrogen, gas slow, continuous to circulate in the form of gas flow inside the diaphragm. |
