Les centrales de la gamme CNO sont identiques à celles de la gamme CPO à la différence près qu’elles disposent d’un générateur d’oxygène et d’un générateur d’azote permettant la production alternée des deux gaz et le remplissage de cylindres via deux rampes situées de part et d’autre du container atelier.
Rappelons que l’azote est utilisé aussi bien dans le secteur médical qu’industriel (conservation des aliments, contrôle de qualité en milieu industriel et hospitalier, conservation des cellules et tissus vivants, inertage du bain de plomb sur les lignes de fabrication du verre, gonflage de pneumatiques, etc).

ISO 20' CONTAINERISED CYLINDER FILLING PLANT - TURN KEY
Iso 20' workshop container
The whole of the components is entirely mounted within a modified container serving as technical workshop divided in two areas with three access doors and a control board with digital display. The container is equipped with a dismountable metallic roof, an air cooling system as well as inside and outside lighting. Among other features, we may point out the special outdoor paint consisting in a primer surface treatment and finishing enamel coat .
The container represents an excellent protection against intrusions of any kind (dust, rain, thefts, and so on), it allows CPO units to be operated every door closed. Designed to be used outdoor, their ventilation system guarantees the efficiency of the whole device whatever the environment temperature and moisture conditions are.
Seemingly similar to any other 20 feet container, the CPO workshop container facilitates considerably the conveyance of the plant (pass for fork-elevator, bolt-on ISO corners). In addition to that, it can easily be loaded on an adapted trailer improving the mobility of the equipment to such a point that it can be operated from a spot to another without being taken off the trailer.

SKID MOUNTED CYLINDER FILLING PLANT – TURN KEY
The CFO Line presents the same specifications than containerised versions (cf. CPO Line). Note that skid mounted devices must be settled indoor in a place sufficiently ventilated. Apart from that, they only can be operated on a static basis. Due to their higher sensitiveness to their environment, the operator will have to make sure the operation area is adapted and isolated.

Fault-proof measurement of oxygen
J. Dittrich Elektronic's oxygen measuring systems determine the oxygen content in gas mixtures, monitor their own function during operation, signal malfunctions in the hardware and sensor, can be calibrated without personnel or reference gas in atmospheric air and, hence, are fault-proof.
A second oxygen sensor is not necessary!
The oxygen measuring system MF010-O is the first such system to obtain positive certification of its fault-proofness from the Technical Inspectorate of Southern Germany (TÜV). |

Honeywell's high accuracy oxygen sensor range employs two ZrO2 discs with a small, hermetically sealed chamber between the discs. The first disc functions as a reversible oxygen pump, which successively fills and empties the chamber. The second disc measures the ratio of the partial pressure difference and generates a corresponding voltage. A heat element produces the 700 °C required for the ZrO2 to operate as an O2 pump. The time needed for the pump to achieve specific minimum and maximum pressures within this chamber provides a measure of the partial oxygen pressure of the environment.

Model InstaTrans (3001) Oxygen Transmitter
The Insta Trans is a two-wire, loop-powered 4-20 mA oxygen transmitter packaged within a weather tight NEMA-4 housing. The product was named for its built-in level of flexibility. It can instantly transform from ppm to percent (or vice-versa) simply by changing out the Teledyne sensor and resetting the range scale of the unit to ppm or percent via the function keypad.
The Insta Trans has six user selectable ranges from 0-10 ppm to 0-25 %. The user can easily change to the preferred range via the built in function keypad. In addition, depending on the corrosive nature of the sample, the Insta Trans can be supplied with either stainless steel or nylon wetted parts.
