Temperature controller is a measurement device used on temperature control. Thermocouple-type and resistor-type temperature controllers measure temperature electronically, obtaining the temperature change from the sensor and sending the measured data to the electronic processor. The output device will then control the temperature variation within a specific range.

The Honeywell Icon 300 Series measure, display and control the temperature and lighting of refrigerated cases and coldrooms. They operate with up to three 2k NTC or PT1000 probes (air-on, air-off and evaporator probes), and has up to six relay outputs (alarm, auxiliary, light, compressor, defrost and fan). The Icon 300 series has a RS485 connection to enable the controller to interface to Honeywell Genus® Network.

The E-line controller is composed of a completely wired box and arranged for accepting n.1 or n.2 automatic-manual microprocessor cards.
It is a bench regulator with an electro-zinc-plated steel plate structure.

The S-line and E-line thermoregulators as well as the S-line doubler are hardware instruments fit for controlling the
hot runner temperature in the heating systems of plastic injection moulds by checking the power delivered to the electric heaters.

The controller is also equipped with an alarm relay with no power on the contact to report failures (to the press, flashing light, alarm siren...). In the manufacture of ceramic products, few things are as critical as accurate control of the firing process. After all, the results have a direct effect on the quality - and the costs - of the final product.
Optimal firing control requires both accurate measurement of the heat treatment - the temperature and its effect over time - together with the ability to control the temperature and the uniformity of its distribution throughout the kiln.Effective temperature measurement is the key to guaranteed product quality.
Most conventional temperature measurement techniques are limited both in time and in location. For example, the thermocouples generally used in the ceramic industry do not measure the temperature of the product itself, but that of its vicinity. They are also limited to measuring radiated heat, and take no account

MOM - MOLDING OPTIMIZATION MANAGER
The M.O.M - Molding Optimization Manager control unit has been developed in order to regulate hot runner system temperature, monitor energy consumption, carry out automatic mapping operations and manage the sequential opening and closing of valve gates, either by time or by volume.The M.O.M control unit screen provides a 3D display of the installed hot runner complete with related operating temperatures. Its network connection also enables the process to be monitored via Ethernet. This includes access the operator's set parameters and, as a result, the opportunity to carry out any required modifications and/or diagnosis and receive remote technical assistance from the INglass-HRSFlow customer support department. The real innovation is the Leak Detector function. This function is able to detect, and locate, any material leakage along the hot runner system or in the nozzles, even after minimum production time and a limited number of molded items. The control unit is equipped with an electronic system that automatically switches over to the back-up heater and thermocouple in the event of failure by either component. This technology has been given the name Fail Safe and is an INglass-HRSFlow-registered patent. Each zone is monitored by charts showing the continual variations in both temperature and power, including cycle repeatability and the absence of anomalies or incongruities

Available from 77,- € on, the PID 1/16 DIN temperature controller was designed also for non-experienced users: combining extreme simplicity in operation with high performance only found in expensive high end controllers. It accepts most thermocouples and Pt100 RTD, features a relay and pulse output for driving solid state relays.
The Universal Controller series accepts thermocouples J, K, T, E, N, R, S, resistance thermometer Pt100, V, mV, mA. Fuzzy logic is an essential feature of this versatile controller. Although PID control is widely accepted by industry, it is difficult for it to work efficiently in some systems - for example: systems of second order, long lag-time systems, and systems with various set points and loads, etc. This fuzzy logic temperature controller will enhance PID control. Fuzzy logic will adjust PID values indirectly to make the manipulation output value (MV) adjust flexibly and quickly adapt to various processes. This enables a process to reach its predetermined set point in the shortest time with minimum overshoot during tuning or external disturbance.

INHECO Single TEC Control STC
INHECO has launched the STC, a compact high precision controller for managing single INHECO CPAC or shaker devices. The STC can be equipped optionally with slots for CPACs or shakers. The slots can be exchanged easily giving maximum flexibility. The STC can be operated manually using the touch screen display or through the USB interface. The soft- and firmware of the controller allows programming of complex temperature and shaking sequences. The STC uses basically the same firmware as its sister Multi TEC Control (MTC), so no additional integration work is required. Both STC and MTC are prepared for use in customer IVD applications.
Together with the MTC, the STC completes the replacement of the current controller TEC Control 96, which will be phased out by early 2010.
