Thermal detectors PT100 DIN 43760, three of them located inside the transformer coils and the fourth at the core, detect the temperature.
The TR-42 relay is microprocessor-based equipment designed to satisfy all control requirements and guarantee high reliability.
The TR-42 perform the following functions:
Measurement:
* Coils and core transformer temperatures, automatically each 5 sec or manually.
* Highest temperature indication and storage.
Signaling and programming:
* 7 segment display and led indication.
* Simplified programming through frontal push buttons.
* Display and non volatile storage of: alarm temperature, trip temperature, fan on, start and stop fan temperature, highest RTD temperature, baud rate of serial transmission, and assigned relay address.

INHECO Single TEC Control (STC)
The INHECO Single TEC Control (STC) is a compact plug & play temperature and RPM controller for the use with INHECO’s CPAC and temperature controlled shaking devices. The controller box includes a temperature controller with high accuracy, a device connector slot, a touch display, a wide-range power supply for worldwide use, an USB interface, a rugged housing and a RPM controller for shaking operations. The STC can be individually equipped with a controller slot for the CPAC devices or with a controller slot for temperatur controlled shakers. The device slot can be exchanged easily, giving maximum flexibility. The STC can be either operated manually using the touch screen, or through an USB interface. The soft- and firmware of the controller allows programming of complex temperature and shaking sequences.
Application Areas
The STC is mostly used together with the principal INHECO heating/cooling/shaking units in/on robotic platforms and systems in Lab Automation. The purpose is to form temperature controlled areas, which offer direct and easy access by robotic grippers and pipetting heads. The STC is designed for the use in fundamental research, drug discovery, clinical research and diagnostics in the Life Science market. The STC is also prepared for use in customer IVD applications.
The STC is used with the following INHECO heating/cooling units:
- CPAC Microplate
- CPAC Ultraflat
- Variomag Teleshake
- Variomag Thermoshake

All Allen-Bradley Bulletin 900 Temperature/Process Controllers offer quick setup and provide precise temperature management and control for a variety of applications. Enhancements such as analog inputs and manual control of outputs take the 900-TC8 and 900-TC16 from standard temperature controllers to process controllers. Additionally, the thermocouple and RTD controllers have been combined in order to allow one controller to satisfy virtually any temperature application.

Self-operated temperature regulators with wide set point ranges equipped with control or safety thermostats, typetested, also for mixing or diverting service. The temperature regulators are available with globe or three-way bodies with connection nuts as well as with flanged bodies. The control and safety thermostats have a wide set point range and can be used to form, for example, a regulator with temperature limiting or monitoring function.

Pressure controls serve various functions, which may be divided into control and protection functions. Examples for control functions are compressor cycling, pump-down or defrost control. Protection functions include, pressure limiting and cut out against excessive pressures, against loss of charge or for freeze protection.
Our pressure controls are equipped with display scale and pointers to indicate the approximate settings. The display scales are printed in relative pressure units "bar" and "psi". For precise setting of the controls, external gauges must be used.

The VULCANIC range of controllers covers the great majority of industry requirements. Following steps will help you to define the right controller.
1) define the desired control precision: if ± 5°C, choose an 'ON/OFF' controller ; for greater precision, consider a 'PID' appliance.
2) Know what kind of temperature input is used : PT100 - Thermocouple - Current - Voltage.
3) Know what kind of power supply device is to be driven, so as to choose the type of control output (usually called Output P/N.1):
- for a contactor, choose a controller with a 'relay' output
- for a power unit, choose a controller with a 'numeric' output
- for a device with an analogic input (eg : motorised valve) choose a controller with an 'Analogic' output.
4) Know what use will be made of the auxiliary outputs (usually called 'Output N°2 and N°3') : choose a 'Relay' output to drive an alarm, 'Current or Voltage' for a measurement repeater, and/or 'Cold' output
2 to drive an ON/OFF valve for a cooling system.
