The strong point of the threephase model OIL 440 is that it can separate the vacuumed swarf and liquid and return the filtered liquid to the line tool where it can be used again.
The machine is equipped with an ejection pump , so the liquid can be expelled during the vacuuming operations, in this way using the vacuum is fast and efficient ("E" version) in the same time.
|
|
Thanks to the 40-years of experience in this specific industry, RIBO designs and manufactures reliable and robust industrial vacuum cleaning machines, partcularly fit for all the cleaning and maintenace operations of metal working/cutting machines.
In fact, RIBO industrial vacuum professional cleaners can vacuum solid and liquid materials, also simultaneously, allowing to pre-separate materials inside the professional container, in order to facilitate wasting/recovering operations of vacuumed materials.
Reaffirming the well-established characteristics of QUALITY, RELIABILITY and ROBUSTNESS, RIBO gives to its machines 3 YEARS WARRANTY for single-phase machines and 5 YEARS WARRANTY for three-phase machines. |
|
| The Tecnoil range is especially designed to suck up, clean and recycle the oil and coolant on line tools. Single and three-phase models from 3 to 15 HP, capacities from 150 to 700 litres. |
|

Application
Diaphragm pumps manufacturer of the NT-series are oilfree dry running pumps for the generation of vacuum as well as the delivery and evacuation of gases and vapours. In chemical laboratories they are the more powerfull and modern alternative to water jet pumps, because they are more friendly to the environment at minimized operation and maintenance costs. Typical applications: on vacuum drying chambers, for distillation, drying, and vacuum filtering but also as backing pump for turbo-molecular pumps, gas transfer and the like. The pumps produce little noise and vibrations and are therefore ideal for installation in sensitive devices (e.g. chemical analysis).
Advantages
There are one-, two- three- and four-stage pumps available. The vacuum performance has been increased considerably, which expands the application field for both laboratory and industrial use. The one-stage pumps are designed for an ultimate vacuum of 70 mbar, the two-stage pumps for 7 mbar, the three-stage pumps for down to 1 mbar and the four-stage pumps for 0.5 mbar. International Protection code for all NT models is IP 42 (except those with switchable dual-voltage motors). The NT pumps are designed very compact and are exceptionally quiet and smooth-running. Smooth housing surfaces (except for the two-cylinder aluminium version) make the NT diaphragm pumps easy to clean. On the whole the pumps work almost maintenance-free. All models have easily changeable cocks and diaphragms. |
|
For applications requiring extremely quiet, highly efficient operation and simple maintenance, our oilless linear pumps have found widespread use in the medical, industrial, chemical, environmental, and scientific industries.
Smooth air flow makes these models ideally suited for applications requiring consistent air flow
Electromagnetic oscillation eliminates sliding parts, minimizing power consumption, offering high efficiency and long-term continuous operation
Oilless operation means exhausted air is always clean and particle-free
Low noise level due to innovative design considerations in the pneumatic circuit and mechanical construction |

Oil Tank
Sunfab offers its own range of hydraulic oil tanks ST 250 with a number of functional improvements necessary for high performance hydraulic systems.
Sunfab ST 250 radically reduces the air mixture in the hydraulic oil with an oil pipe around the return filter and a tried and tested baffle plate design. Air mixture is the main reason behind noise and cavitation of the pump.
Sunfab ST 250 features an external breathing professional filter, which is fitted in a protected position to reduce the risk of clogging. The filter is connected to the tank via a professional hose.
Sunfab ST 250 is supplied complete with correctly dimensioned connections, filter and brackets.
The oil tank is available in two different materials:
- ST 250 A in aluminium
- ST 250 S in stainless steel

In the oil reservoir all coming from oil separator is stored and cooled down. Any refrigerant trept with in the oil is boild of.
The size of oil reservoirs required is determined by the number of compressors manufacturer connected, compressor lubricant charge, system refrigeration charge and operating conditions.

| Their special design with low weight and small dimensions make the UVD units extremely compact and reliable. This is achieved through the direct assembly of rotor on motor shaft and a powerful centrifugal fan manufacturers for cooling. UVD manufacturers of vacuum pumps are suitable for evacuation of small, closed systems with residual pressure of up to 120 mbar. |
|
Made to complete the Panther range for trasnferring diesel fuel, these pumps are of the rotary blade type, self priming, with high flow rate and easy operation and installation.
Besides featuring an integrated bypass cock and suction filtration, they are aslo equipped with a suppliers of mechanical seal that ensures an high standard of reliability even at low temperatures.
Comapct , safe and reliable , they can be fitted to earthmoving machines, mobile industrial dispensers on motor vehicles and fixed dispensers in case only battery power is available. |

Ogura’s multiple disk clutches and brakes come in both a dry or “wet” type. The wet (in oil) type can run approximately 3 times faster than that dry type. This is because the oil helps dissipate heat generated at higher RPMs, but you may find it surprising that the wet type can also produce higher operating torque, both statically and dynamically.
Ogura products are manufactured in Europe, North and South America and Asia. Manufacturing plants are ISO9001, 14001 and TS16949 compliant. Clutches and brakes are RoHS compliant.
UK, European and Scandinavian customers please contact Michel Hehnen at mhehnen@ogura-clutch.com. All other inquiries should go to Jim Andes at jandes@ogura-clutch.com. |

The Model HC or HCD clutches are designed to be used in either an end of shaft or through shaft mounting configuration. Their compact size makes these units ideal for incorporating within a gear housing. Multiple speed transmissions use a variety of these units to effect fixed mesh speed changes, or they may be used as a stand alone device for disconnect service.
All units incorporate provisions for forced oil cooling allowing high energy engagements to be made without causing themal distress within the disc pack. Cooling oil is introduced from an external supply through axial holes provided in the shaft.
Marine main propulsion forward/reverse or disconnect service, industrial winch disconnects, professional conveyor or mill soft-starts, and multi-speed transmissions are but a few of the applications for the model HC/HCD oil immersed clutches.
