Centralized monitoring and traceability of the temperatures
New LABGUARD 2 version 3.7 with alarms in real time and function back up!
AES CHEMUNEX presents version 3.7 of system LABGUARD 2. Already adopted by many laboratories in France and abroad, LABGUARD 2 is an acquisition unit and of monitoring of the temperatures (and other parameters like: relative humidity, differential pressure, CO2, O2, contacts dry...). The transmission of the data in real time by radio of the emitters towards the receiver and the computer avoids any wiring and allows a very simple and fast installation as well as a very great flexibility.
The software, conforms CFR21 leaves 11, presents a total traceability: the data base is made safe and the software delivered with file of validation (service IQ, OQ available). The new version of the software integrates the function "back up": the data are recorded in each module and can thus be recovered in the event of stop or of computer breakdown. The data security is maximum. The emitters can be supplied with battery cell and/or sector.
The software is conceived in a modular way, various optional modules make it possible to meet the needs for each user (mapping, reference of alarms, localization of the apparatuses at fault, remote consultation, interfacing software quality...)

They should be considered as part of the traditional range of
sensors with the difference that electronic portion is
completely separate from the sensing part which is
in the form of an extension which can withstand temperature
from -200 ÷ +250 °C.
These products are used to control the levels of hot
materials such as liquids, oil, powder and plastic granules.
They also sense solid metallic and non-metallic bodies positioned
in areas of high temperature. ALSC Amplifier in plastic housing
with UNDECAL PLUG
-Supply voltage: 24Vac or 110/220 Vac
-ALSC-1 CH type suitable for one sensor
-ALSC-2CH type suitable for two sensors
-Led incorporated
-Sensitivity adjustment
-Relay output changeover 5A to 220 Vac
Sensors for high temperature: stainless steel housing
M18 and M30, sensitive side PTFE
-Provided with connector for connection to the amplifier
-cable length: 2 or 5 metres
-min./max. working temperature from -200 ÷ +250 C
-sensing distance: 5 mm for type SC18M-HT and 15 mm for
type SC30M-HT
-degree of protection: IP68

Capacitive sensors (KAS) react to metals and non-metals that exceed a specific capacitance on approaching the active surface. The sensing distance with respect to a specific material is greater the higher the dielectric constant. The sensors are used to detect objects, for counting functions and for all types of level monitoring applications in liquid materials (i.e. water, oil, acids, glue) and bulk materials (i.e. pouder, granulate, pellets).

HIGH TEMPERATURE SENSORS
Significant scientific and engineering enhancements in advanced materials, Pre-Process and In-Process production methods and in-site testing methods are driving the demand for displacement sensors that can handle extremely high temperatures up to 1832°F (1000°C). Contemporary producers of aircraft engine rotational alignment, plate glass, materials testing extensometry, continuous flow steel, now use standardized high temperature Capacitec sensor solutions for in-process applications to control the quality of their production on a real time basis. Qualification testing of disc brakes, jet engine dynamics and high speed shaft rotations also rely on Capacitec sensors. Advanced materials for automobiles, structural components, and aircraft are also tested for strength and durability with the use of Capacitec's line of extensometers and clip gauges.
High Temperature Major Applications:
- Disc brake testing
- Silicon Wafer processing
- Metal and Glass forming
- Jet engine thermal expansion
- Material strength testing
- Mold separation
- Turbine testing
- Strain Extensometry

The capacitive high temperature sensors are especially suitable for applications where the sensor head is exposed to a high ambient temperature, or comes directly into contact with hot materials.

For demanding applications in high-temperature areas, inductive proximity switches with good long-term reliability have become increasingly popular. Contrinex offers a series of embeddable and non-embeddable HT switches in sizes M8 to M50. The devices have operating distances from 2 to 25 mm, and are respectively suitable for applications up to 140°C, 150°C, 180°C and 230°C.
The executions for 140°C, 150°C and 180°C feature built-in amplifiers. Connections by means of a 2 m silicone or Teflon cable is standard. Other cable lengths and types are available on request.
For 230°C types, the amplifiers are built into an M12 stainless-steel housing, which is connected by means of a standard 2 m Teflon cable, and thus removed from the hot area. This cable carries a pure DC, rather than a high-frequency signal, and its length can thus be chosen freely, without having a negative influence on the switching behavior of the device, and without the need for adjustment. Connection of the amplifier is by means of a 2 m PUR cable.
All the usual protection functions, such as short-circuit, overload and voltage-reversal protection are built in. Furthermore, the devices feature good protection against environmental influences (IP 67).
