A portable sulphuric acid dewpoint monitor (Lancom 200) is designed specifically for plant requiring only periodic monitoring of the sulphuric acid dewpoint temperature for boiler efficiency checks, corrosion protection and evaluation of the effectiveness of corrective measures such as fuel additives and changes in the combustion conditions.
A continuous sulphuric acid dewpoint monitor (Model 440) is permanently installed in order to optimize combustion conditions by maintaining the temperature of the flue gas slightly above the sulphuric acid dewpoint temperature. It can continuously monitor the changes in boiler operation and provide a direct loop input to the boiler's own combustion control system.

The powerful indicator N1500 offers among its universal input and the 2 relay outputs for the monitoring of the threshold values many other functions. The Min.- and Max.-values can be prompted with just a keystroke. Also there is a Hold and a Peak-Hold Function whose readouts can be deleted using either the function key or the digital input. The high tact frequency of 15 measurements/second (5 measurements/second when using linear input, thermocouples or Pt100) allows the N1500 indicator to monitor fast processes. It offers also the possibility to linearise the measurement signal when using non-linear input signals (mV, V, mA).
Features:
- Universal input
- Linearization of mV, V, mA signals
- 2 Relay outputs
- 6 Alarm features
- Voltage output 24 VDC for external 2-wire transmitter
- Memory for MAX and MIN values, hold and peak features

MCM - Motor Condition Monitor
MCM Motor Condition Monitor is a device that can be used for monitoring of 3 phase electric motors and motor-based machinery and equipment used in industrial processes, especially where motor failure can cause critical damage to the process.
It is a software and hardware-based product, operating on unique model-based monitoring technology, that has the ability to detect impending mechanical and electrical failures such as unbalance, misalignment, bearing and rotor faults, static and dynamic eccentricity, core damage, leakages, valve and vane misadjustments, stator isolation problem,... on the motor or motor driven process. Therefore it helps preventing unexpected failures to occur, planning and scheduling maintenance work, lowering maintenance costs and enables to run equipment with high productivity and performance levels.
Features:
- Early and accurate alarms
- Continuous monitoring and maintenance scheduling
- Standard current and voltage transformers can be used
as sensors
- The degree of fault is presented on simple sliding scale
by LEDs
- Detecting both electrical and mechanical fault by single
device
- There are no external or background effects that can
interfere MCM capability to monitor
- Ideal solution for inaccessible motors
- Measurement of I, U, PF, PA, P, f, THD...
- Phase order indication
- RS485 or RS422 communication via MODBUS protocol
- Easy integration in to specially designed MCMSCADA system

Hall-effect sensors
Hall-effect sensors are suitable for proximity rotational speed recording on gears with a small module and high resolution. The various models can be used in a wide range of applications, even under extreme conditions. SH type rotational speed sensors are used in a wide variety of applications in mechanical engineering, vehicles and mobile working machines, as well as in hydraulic drives.
The sensor detects the movement of ferromagnetic structures such as gears using the change in the magnetic flux. The sensor is biased using a permanent magnet. Teeth and gaps which moves past the sensor affect the magnetic field in different ways. This changes the Hall voltage on a hall-effect sensor.
This means the changes to the magnetic field can be converted to electrical values, and then filtered and processed. The output signal of the sensor is a square wave voltage which reflects the change in the magnetic field.

The DSW3 type speed and standstill monitor can be used in apllications requiring monitoring of rotational movements.
The fully digital and microprocessor controlled device monitors rotational speed pulses and signals a fault via 1 of 2 floating change over contacts.
Using a 4 digit LED display the user can set 7 parameters e.g. upper and upper and lower pulse limit values, the time between starting after powering-up and measurement start.
