Humdity- and Humidity-and Temperature Transmitters for use in air-conditioning systems, building services management systems and ventilation technology. Use of capacitive humidity sensors is a guarantee of high long term stability, resistance to dew formation, small hysteresis and good dynamic performance.
In this product group Galltec+Mela offers transmitters, specially adapted to the needs of the ventilation and air-conditioning sector but as well standard transmitters for all applications where air humidity and temperature has to be monitored. For more difiicult applications we offer our transmitters for industrial use.
The humidity sensor FG80 with Polyga® sensor element for the measurement of relative air humidity or as combined transmitter with additional temperatur sensor element for simultaneous temperature measurement.
The very robust Polyga® sensor element offers a very good long-term stability and hight accuracy at high humidity.
Designed for hazardous applications, the HygroClip Ex probes provide combined measurement of humidity and temperature when used together with any HygroFlex transmitter. The probes can also be factory configured for use without a transmitter. When configured in that manner, the probes measure either humidity or temperature and provide a 4-20 mA output signal equal to 0...100 %RH or 0...100°C. The HygroClip Ex probes should be installed and used as specified in the FM Certificate of Compliance.
The humidity and temperature transmitters for industrial applications measure relative humidity and temperature f.i. in air and other non-aggressive gases within a (working) temperature range up to 200°C or under pressure up to 25 bar.
Galltec+Mela offer as well versions for applications in gases containing ammonia or transmitters in die cast housing for outdoor use.
The MVX-II Multi-Variable Transmitter is a gas measurement unit built around a patented, silicon-based DPE cell. This low powered, field-hardened gas measurement transmitter features an easy-to-use laptop interface and industry standard communication protocol which makes configuration, measurement, and reporting simple, accurate, and reliable.
