Heavy duty machine for continual use.
Available for manual operation (Model 320-000) or hydraulic operation (Model 320-100).
Includes 1m length stop for cutting accurately to length without waste.
Incorporates cutters for 4 profiles of rail, plus copper earth rail 10mm x 3mm.
Successive operations of the machine are used to punch elongated holes at each end of the rail. One hole is in line with the rail, the other hole is at right angles to the rail.
Standard hole size is 6.4mm x 12mm. Alternative punch sizes are available.
Easy replacement of punches and die. |

Profile Rail Brake
Nexen's RB Series of linear profile guide rail brakes uses spring force to secure the load in holding applications. Each RB brake clamps directly onto the center of the guide rail to provide positive braking and holding in all axes. Building on the new range of Digital Ultrasonic Flaw Detectors recently launched by Sonatest Ltd, the new Railscan 125 has been developed specifically for use in rail testing market and is walking stick compatible.
Developed using cutting edge technologies the new Railscan 125 has been developed with the user and application environment in mind, meeting the Network Rail standard NR/SP/TRK/005 for Rail Testing Portable Ultrasonic Equipment.
Rugged, waterproof construction combined with superior battery life render this unit as being ideally designed for rail testing applications and harsh working environments. The transflective colour display is daylight viewable and now supports a larger display area, which is expandable for full screen viewing.
Software development has resulted in a new user orientated menu navigation system, broken down into four key areas: calibration, measurement, utilities and memory. The TekTime TTM 01 GPS Clock provides an economic time synchronization solution with excellent timing accuracy (sub-microsecond to UTC), designed for synchronizing industrial control and SCADA equipment, including protection relays and remote telemetry units.
Navstar GPS satellites are used to generate extremely accurate output pulses and time codes, providing options for outputs including the choice of:

- 1 Amplitude Modulated IRIG-B (B12x) output or
- 1 RS232 level pulse plus serial time string output

WHEEL DRIVES
Compact planetary wheel drives, designed for a wide range of self propelled vehicles with hydraulic transmission and individually motorised wheel drives.
They allow design engineers to simplify the project of mobile equipment, improving the price / performance ratio. The wide range of ratios available makes it possible to adapt the reduction unit to the most suitable hydraulic transmission. A manual release is provided, to disconnect the reduction unit from the motor for emergency towing. The versatility of this range of Brevini products is assured by a wide choice of braking systems (drum brakes, negative acting multiple disc, failsafe parking brake).
TRACK DRIVES
Compact planetary track drive units designed for use on tracked vehicles. This range of gearboxes has high strength structure, short overall length, very high radial and axial load capability. All the gearboxes are provided with integral multidisc failsafe brake and allow the direct mounting of hydraulic motors at the gearbox input.Due to the high torque rating and the quality of the materials, these units are the best solution in heavy duty applications.
