The Internal Bond™ Tester is designed to determine the internal bond strength of a variety of Paper and Board materials according to TAPPI T 569. The instrument design is based on a falling pendulum which creates a high speed impact on a paper specimen. The paper specimen is sandwiched between two double-coated tape substrates. The pendulum impact measures the total energy required to delaminate the internal fibers of a specimen in a “Z” type direction into two separate piles. The system also incorporates an automatic sample preparation station which allows five specimens to be accurately prepared simultaneously.

The TU-12 Tenderometer is a portable and economical instrument for determining the maturity of fresh peas in the field with accuracy and ease.
Designed exclusively for pea tests, the Food Technology Corporation (FTC) Model TU-12 Tenderometer is a cost-effective alternative for determining the maturity of fresh peas. The system comes calibrated to read out directly in “Tenderometer Units” (TUs) and operates from a 12-volt DC power source, such as an automotive battery.
The tripod legs fully collapse for ease of transport and are adjustable for operation on the back of a vehicle or free standing on the ground. A hard mount kit is also available to secure it directly to a harvester. Durable, rugged and reliable, the TU-12 is designed to withstand harsh use with minimum maintenance. Brookfield Engineering introduces the New CT3 Texture Analyzer, the most powerful, lowest cost, stand-alone Texture Analyzer ever produced. This new generation instrument features not only the traditional Compression Mode, but now includes a brand new Tension Mode. Now manufacturers can test their products and the packaging as well. The large vertical work area of the CT3 is ideal for large sample placement. This also allows for increased travel distance maximizing the functionality of the new Tension Mode.
The CT3 offers load cells with expanded range capability from 100 grams to 50 kilograms. The 10kg load limit more than doubles the limit of it’s predecessor, the LFRA Texture Analyzer.
