Equipment manually operated for right and left torque control on springs with two ad{ustabfe stops for the angular position, with horizontal enb/oc structure with precision ball type guides- Its high definition electronic cell allows torque measurements while the angular positions are controlled by digital encoder with 0. / degree minimum division. The elasticity of the torquemeter cell is automatically compensated. This torquemeter is supplied with tables, adjustable in order to set the torsion point, and either operates with the relative zero given by the spring contact, or with the absolute zero given by the anvil contact. How it is conceived: The instrument provides direct torque measurement, which means it provides the same measurement at all times, including when connection points vary. Therefore, there is no need for accurate positioning of the drive arms.
DIGITAL
The digital part has a push button panel in order to visualize on two displays the torques and angles. Kgmm and Nmm are the commutable units and on request, British measures con be supplied. These functions are set with keyboard and they provide for:

UNIVERSAL TESTING MACHINE CAPABLE OF CARRYING OUT TENSILE, COMPRESSION, BENDING AND SHEARING TESTS.
Operation is manual, semi-automatic, and automatic.
Testable objects include: springs, metal wires, plastics, cables, chains, hooks and other. The test instrument can be modularised taking into account that the structure can house 3 permanently installed load cells for compression tests, and 3 sefs of tensile grips for tests, including at break. Our system uses several cards (for axis and cell reader control) that are connected via CanBus to enable displacements to position or force at a feedback speed of Ě 000 Hz. Load celt reads are effected 1,000 times per second. Minimum indexing is 1/32.700 ˇthis can be increased by slowing down load cell reading). The universal testing machine operates with computerized numerical control and includes a computer with HD and touch screen. It is a self-supporting, two-columns structure with ball screws. Its electronic setup enables cycles of stress of sinusoidal form which result in machine preservation and remarkable performance - notwithstanding the boll screw mechanism. DC power driven, encoder (or optical ruler}. The computer programme for this machine has entirely been developed by Easydur based on Windows XP, with internal files, statistics and certificate management in Excel format, which allows users free modularisation and customisation. |

The universal testing machine inspekt mini 3kN and Inspekt S 5kN are available with load frames of 3 kN and 5 kN. The frame arms are driven by DC motor via a play-free pre-stressed ball race spindle.
The driving spindle is protected against fouling by bellows. Optionally, the speed range can be extended up to 2,000 mm/min and the arm lift can be extended to 1,100 mm.
The a spindle test machine of the series of Inspekt mini were developed for attempts with small loads. They are used preferentially into electronics, medicine, textile and automotiv industry.

The product line inspekt table 5kN - 50kN and inspekt table 5kN - 20kN was developed for applications like inspection of incoming goods, the testing of materials and component parts. The universal testing machines of the inspekt table - series are known by its particularly favourable price-performance ratio.
To the control unit of the testing machine a second load cell or an one range strain gauge can be attached alternatively. Simple tests are also possible without PC in stand alone mode.

The reliable, flexible and 'good-looking' standard universal testing machines of our inspekt series are designed for universal use. The goals of our machine designers are highest mechanical precision, first-class stiffness and the integration of the latest control electronics accompanied by a reasonable cost-performance ratio. Our standards naturally comprise testing space adaptations in length and width as well as the addition of one or several testing spaces.

Electro-hydraulically driven Weld Seam Testing Machine, Model 138
A testing machine made to the demand of several customers, to determine the properties of weld seams of Tailored Blanks. These are sheets "made-to-measure" enabling the production of components with optimum weight and function used to a great extent in the manufacture of automobiles to reduce weight. The high-strength metal sheets used require a high punch force for the deep-drawing test. The weld seam testing machine is a special version of our Universal Sheet Metal Testing Machine, Model 142-20, and is provided with a drawing force of max. 200 kN. The four-column frame with integrated test tool enables the test of sheets up to 300 mm wide. The infinitely variable blank holder force can be read on a pressure gauge whilst the deep-drawing index and the required drawing force are displayed digitally. The sensitivity of the integrated crack detector can be adjusted to the sheet metal quality by way of a potentiometer. After specimen failure the machine returns automatically to its initial position. To evaluate and store the measured data, it is possible to connect the machine to a PC using the corresponding interfaces. The Windows based software calculates and displays the measured values from the ERICHSEN cupping test, e. g. index E, elongation at rupture E in %, tensile strength E, n-value E. Furthermore the force-displacement diagram is recorded. Several tests can be shown in a chart. |

The latex rubber stability test machine / apparatus tests the mechanical stability of concentrated natural and synthetic latex rubber when subjected to high speed mechanical stirring or mechanical shear.
Stirring is applied to the latex rubber at a constant of 14,000 rpm until the end point, or latex instability is reached.
The approach to the end point is usually indicated by a drop in meniscus of the latex, loss of turbulence and a change in the sound of stirring action.
The end point is determined by the first appearance of small pieces of coagulated rubber.
This end point is confirmed by the presence of an increased amount of coagulated rubber after 15 seconds additional rotation.
The end point in this case is the presence of approximately 1% of coagulum based on total solids. |

The special feature of this testing machines is the increased drawing speed of the drawing punch which, in addition to the normal drawing speed range of 0 - 1,200 mm/min can be adjusted, in an infinitely variable manner and independent of load, up to 3,000 mm/min. This is achieved by using a separate oil circuit, fed by a pump with high volumetric displacement. Contrary to the high speed attachment based on a nitrogen accumulator, here a constant drawing speed behaviour is guaranteed over the total displacement of 150 mm. As to the technical design and the options available, including PC control and proportional valve technique, this machines are similar to Models 145. It is possible to test specimens up to a size of 400 x 650 mm when conducting the hydraulic deep-drawing test with the Bulge/FLC tester: In addition to the actual hydraulic forming process the construction of this machine also allows the use of ball punches with a diameter up to 200 mm. The maximum drawing force is 1,000 kN. To guarantee an exact reading of the required drawing force even in case of lower forces, they are divided in two measuring ranges. At specimen failure the test can be stopped both manually or automatically. The capture and the evaluation of the measuring points on the surface of the dome can be effected by an optical measuring device during the drawing process. In the basic version the height of the bulge is detected by means of a measuring probe placed on top, the maximum path measured being 100 mm, and displayed digitally. |
