BENCHMIKE 283 - Off-line tube samples ID/OD/Wall Measurement System
For precision ID, OD, and Wall Thickness measurements, simply place a tube sample on the ID/OD/Wall fixture and the BenchMike will calculate all the dimensions. The ID/OD/Wall fixture can also automatically rotate a sample to a pre-defined number of positions for measurements at multiple points around the product. This rotation allows for the calculation of concentricity and ovality of the tube. The graphical user interface has options to view the rotational cross section of the product and a graph that shows deviation or variation at the various rotational degrees of measurement.

Hydratron has many years of experience designing and manufacturing hose test rigs to suit many applications.
We can supply proof, burst and impulse test rigs / benches for testing with either gas or liquid at pressures up to 45,000 PSI ( 3,000 Bar )
Single or multi station test manifolds can be fitted mounted within robust safety cabinets. These cabinets are fitted with fully interlocked doors to ensure that pressure cannot be applied to the hoses under test until the doors are fully closed and locked in position.
While simple manually controlled test rigs are readily available for proof testing hoses at local hose distributors, fully PLC controlled machines can also be designed to suit production lines.
Standard instrumentation includes analogue pressure gauges but full data logging facilities can be supplied as an option.

High-pressure hoses or hose assemblies have to be tested before delivery. The requirements are going further then only pressure testing. More often end users ask suppliers for more specific characteristics of hoses.
Resato hose testing machines are delivered to end users in a production environment as well as hose distributors and hose testing laboratories. The Resato machine will give you a certificate which is your quality release document.

"BPSXX/A" are test stands for burst test and static test of flexible hoses or other hydraulic components. (Versions up to 3000, 5000 or 6000 bar)
BPS XX / A are test stands for burst test and static test of flexible hoses and other components as coupling, valves, cylinders etc, through a circuit with an
air driven pump.
The machines allows to test one component at the same time.
The connection system has two manifolds, one fixed and one movable. Is possible to test hoses with every type of fittings. The connection is made screwing the hose fitting to the adaptors thread.
The cycle of test stand allows:
- connection of the hose ( component );
- control of screw type;
- proof test: min. pressure 150 bar (2,175 psi) for BPS30 30 bar (435 psi) for the others
- burst test;
The test stand can use a hydraulic oil or also emulsion water-oil.

Float-in Bags are fitted with a reinforced front cover and tension lugs. The CR material ensures increased resistance to chemicals. Working lines are secured to the tension lugs using carbine hooks and the pipe sealing bag can be floated into the pipeline without any difficulty.
Only four sizes are needed in order to seal pipe dimensions ranging from 70 mm to 1200 mm (2.8 inch to 47 inch). The float-in bag program is rounded off by a chemical variation in addition to the basic design.
In this case, all metal parts on the float-in bag are made of stainless steel and the integrated inflation hose (10 m/32 ft.) guarantees the corresponding safety distance to the area of danger.

Designed specifically to test Concrete Pipe Joints to European Standards, the ATO Stoppers represent a portable, low cost method of testing.
Pipestoppers™ ATO Stoppers and test plugs are available in all sizes from 300mm - 1800mm. Each ATO is manufactured to the specific pipe size with a variation of + & - 6mm.
The stoppers comprise an inflatable outer ring with a 5mm thick closed cell neoprene rubber out, bonded on for excellent sealing properties.
Each stopper can be used as a test end or a blank end and they are totally collapsible and light in weight, making them easy to handle.
Each stopper has a soft central membrane, with a Schrader valve for inflation. They are also fitted with a preset and tamper proof relief valve.
A pull tag is fitted for deflation and there are no removable parts.
A hook and loop strap is provided to attach a gauge and a pull out strap is provided too. An on/off tap can be opened to vent the air.
ATO stoppers are manufactured and tested to BSEN 1610 - 1998.
The safe working pressure is 0.2 bar (2.8 psi, 200 mbar or 20 kpa)
Inflation can be carried out with a small, low cost hand pump or a rechargeable inflator.
A moulded connector for the inflation hose is provided.

Muststop stoppers is a wide range of stoppers designed for various applications on 30 mm to 3000 mm Diameter pipes. They can be equipped with a by-pass allowing a flow deviation or a water or air tightness test.
Muststop fits to any pipe shape (circular, rectangular, ovoid…) or nature (PVC , iron, sandstone, concrete, wood…) and resists to most of the aggressive fluids commonly used in industries.
Muststop stoppers can be made of aramid fiber (Kevlar…) and are coated with Neoprene or Nitrile rubber.

The design of the SEAL-PLUSTM Restraining End delivers many proven features which contribute to both ease of installation and permanent, leak-free service. Visual verification of proper installation is attained through ottom-out tightening of the nut against the body. A color code on he insert verifies that it is properly sized for the wall thickness of he tubing on which it is being installed.

General description : Impulse sealing machine for the contemporary sealing and coding of PE-AL/PE tubes
The impulse sealing machine TB 3 is a complete and innovative solution for the contemporary sealing and coding of plastic tubes.
Semi-automatic, operated by electromagnets, user friendly and compact table-top machine.
It can seal tubes of different lenghts, form 100 mm to 230 mm. It is supplied with an innovative temperature control system, which steady monitors, cycle after cycle, the real wire temperature, measuring the changes of the resistivity according to the modification of the temperature.
Complete with a punches code system. During the sealing phase the machine engraves on the seal an alphanumeric code of max 10 characters each tube.
