TesT 205 screw testing machines were newly developed based on the
experience of many years and essentially consist out of 4 components:
- 1 force/torque transducer
- 1 machine frame with regulated drive, angle measurement and table
- 1 PC with integrated data acquisition board and motor control
- 1 Software package
The evaluation takes place in real time processing and online during
the test sequences. The force/torque transducer is patented. Its shaping permits the measurement of the 3 quantities: total torque, head friction torque and clamping force without influence of one quantity by one of the others.
Sequences can be programmed by yourselves using the general instructions existing in the software. The available finished software packages according to international standards or standards of the car manufacturers can be adapted to the individual desires of the user at any time.

The purpose of THP1 device is identical to that of the TB1 unit, that is to say testing pieces in a low or medium production with the only difference that this device is indicated for testing pieces under high pressure conditions. To this purpose it features a shielded screen which shuts itself automatically before starting the test. When the piece being tested is under high pressure it is not possible to open the screen until the safety conditions have been totally restored.

Online safety valve test system, PreVenTest
Pressure safety valves are installed on process equipment to release excess pressure due to upset process operations, external fires and other hazards. Or simply said; the safety valve serves to protect life and property. Failure of pressure safety valves to function properly when needed could result in the over pressure of vessels, exchangers, boilers, or other equipment they where installed to protect. It is essential to maintain your pressure safety valves and relief valves in good condition.
Periodically testing is one of the most important elements to proof that the safety valves will provide the so important protection. Obviously, the most desirable type of test is one that subjects the pressure relief valve to the full operating conditions that it is to endure in practice.
The Ventil PreVenTest system is a robust, but ingenious build system for testing all types and sizes of spring operated safety valves on-line, in process and under the normal operating conditions. The portable system enables you to proof the correct working and performance or identify safety valves in need of repair without plant shut-down.

Aerospace OEMs and their suppliers require quality air flow measurements of passages in both aircraft and land-based turbine engine components. Each OEM has a unique testing specification and their suppliers must be flexible with the test procedures in order to comply. Accuracy, repeatability, throughput, and availability are critical elements in the design of the Test System. As a “standard” product, these test stands are constantly undergoing system-wide improvements.

A system specially designed for high precision measurements of compression. With its high reduction ratio, this manually operated test stand is well suited for the measurement of small springs with low force levels. The displacement sensor gives a measurement of the flexion or height measured under load with a resolution of 5 µm. The test stand is equipped with a set of adjustable limit stops. The measurement display shows the force and the displacement simultaneously and plots the graph curve for the spring. These data can be exported via the RS232 output of the display unit. The parallelism of the lower plate can be adjusted to ensure correct seating for the spring. An accessory kit can be used to make measurements on tension springs.
|
|
|
With its Centor Dual force gauge, fixed plate and adjustable plate, this unit can be used to test high capacity tension and compression springs. The command automatically determines the origin of the displacements and then stops the machine at a predetermined flexion value to measure the height under load. It is also possible to measure flexion, and cycles can be programmed. The instrument has an RS232 to store the results on a computer. Additional sensors are available to provide high levels of precision for springs with low force levels. Ready to use system. Supplied with a Ø 4 in fixed plate.
|
|
|
It is a universal testing machine capable of carrying out tensile, compression, bending, and shearing fesfs. Operation is manual, semiautomatic, and automatic. The test instrument can be modularised taking into account that the structure can house 3 permanently installed load cells for compression tests, and 3 sets of tensile grips for tests, including at break. Our system uses several cards (for axis and cell reader control) that are connected via CanBus to enable displacements to position or force at a feedback speed of 1000 Hz. Load cell reads are effected ì,000 times per second. Minimum indexing is 1/32,700 (this can be increased by slowing down load cell reading).
