The M&C gas coolers are used in gas analysis to lower the dew point of humid gas to avoid condensation in the analyser(s).
An extremely stable and low gas dew point avoids water vapour cross-sensitivity and volumetric errors.
Water coolers are also available.

Techne Dip and Flow coolers are designed for use at below ambient temperatures down to -35°C.
The Flow Coolers work in conjunction with a Techne thermoregulator (excluding TU-20HT). They continually extract heat from the bath fluid by means of the heat exchanger which is built into the unit.
The cooling head of the Techne Dip Coolers fit neatly and unobtrusively into the corner of the standard circulating bath and can be secured with a specially designed mounting bracket. Even if cooling can be achieved by cold tap water, a dip cooler is recommended as it conserves water and is easier and more convenient to use.

Memmert waterbaths are available in six model sizes and two performance classes. In addition to the Basic class for standard thermostating tasks, the Excellent version provides precise test procedures with a maximum of safety: electronic overtemperature control and a wide range of visual and acoustic signals, for example if the filling level is too low, for overtemperature, but also for input acknowledgement or the end of the programme. In the largest model an optional circulation pump provides an even better thermal uniformity of the water. Choose from: 6 model sizes (7l to 45l); A extensive range of optional accessories, e.g. flat or gable lid, shaking device, reversible shelf, test tube racks; State-of-the-art control technology of the Basic and Excellent performance classes for all models
Can be optionally equipped with water level control.
The superior heating concept of the Memmert ovens is also to be found in the waterbaths. Protected from water, but still close to the load, the heating lies under deep drawn and easy to clean ribs. Through the positioning of the heating elements in the floor and side walls, a natural mixing of the tempering fluid arises, providing better temperature uniformity in the bath.

INHECO part # 8200010
The INHECO Automated Hotel
is an automated and compact 12 position incubator for standard SBS disposables like Microplates, Half Deep Wells and Deep Well Plates. The Automated Hotel offers quick and direct access to each of the 12 storage positions by automated controlled drawers for loading and unloading. Precise temperature control and drawer positioning sensors guarantee an excellent customer value. The unit is a plug-and-play high performance peltier device.
It is mainly used on or besides robotic platforms and systems in LabAutomation to form a self-contained temperature controlled area for up to 12 Micro or Deep Well Plates. The automated drawer system offers direct and easy access by robotic grippers for loading and unloading and even direct access with pipetting heads. The lid is turning 90° after opening the drawer to enable easy portrait and landscape gripping.
The INHECO Automated Hotel is designed for the use in fundamental research, drug discovery, clinical research and diagnostics in the life science market. The Automated Hotel is tested for the operation with a large number of established LabAutomation systems, primarily:
Caliper: Sciclone, Twister
Hamilton: Star, iSWAP
Perkin Elmer: Janus, Multiprobe II

The INHECO Incubator MP is an automated and compact incubating position for one standard SBS Microplate. The Incubator MP can be used as a stand-alone device, or stacked to form a tower of up to 6 units. Even stacking of different devices of the Inheco Incubator family in one tower is possible, the devices in the tower can be controlled through the master-slave principle.
|
|
INHECO offers several automated incubators for heating, cooling and shaking of various laboratory disposables in an enclosed environment.
INHECO's Incubators are automated and compact single incubating positions for the use in fundamental research, drug discovery, clinical research and diagnostic applications. The incubators can be used as stand-alone devices or stacked to form a tower. The flexible design of the incubator family allows even stacking of different devices in one tower. The unique vibration reduced shaking principle offers free programmable shaking curves (orbital, linear, eight, elliptic, etc) and amplitudes. The precise automated drawer system guarantees a direct and easy access by robotic grippers and pipetting heads.

The reflux cooler is especially suitable for granular free flowing bulk materials, as it is a contact cooler. The material to be cooled slowly flows along the water cooled cooling faces in counter current fashion. Water does not of course come into contact with the bulk material.
The special design of the contact areas between the cooling segments and the cooling spirals ensures that a high degree of heat exchange is achieved. A constant temperature of the cooled bulk material is achieved by automatically controlling the flow of cooling water.
The reflux cooler is compact in design, e.g. 260 m² of cooling faces are incorporated in a cooler of 1 m³. The result is a high cooling capacity in the smallest volume. Furthermore, due to the modular construction, sections can be added to increase cooling capacity. The complete cooling face is used to its optimum advantage, as a corresponding dosage closure device guarantees an equal distribution of the bulk material throughout the cooler.
The reflux cooler can also be used to heat free flowing bulk material.

The cooling of sands coming from shakeout is extremely important in order to avoid problems due to excessive temperature, such as difficult bentonite activation, difficult control of prepared sand compactability, higher water demand, etc..
The aim is to obtain sand with a temperature below 45°C. We think it is likewise important to favour the maximum homogenization of the sand itself.
|
|
For the effective moulding sand preparation with guaranteed quality
> Flow rate of 30 up to 250 t/h
> Continuous mixing of the contents of several flasks
> Cooling to a maximum temperature of 40-45 °C
> Uniform moistening to a moisture of approx. 2,5%
|
|
|
As foundry sand preparation and molding plants become increasingly high-speed and quality-oriented, the control of return sand temperature is essential. the Simpson Multi-Cooler is specifically designed to provide the mixer group with sand that is cooled to temperatures that allow optimal mulling, premixed to eliminate return sand variations and with a moisture content controlled within tight tolerances. The result is optimal mulling and high-quality, profitable castings.
