Memmert waterbaths are available in six model sizes and two performance classes. In addition to the Basic class for standard thermostating tasks, the Excellent version provides precise test procedures with a maximum of safety: electronic overtemperature control and a wide range of visual and acoustic signals, for example if the filling level is too low, for overtemperature, but also for input acknowledgement or the end of the programme. In the largest model an optional circulation pump provides an even better thermal uniformity of the water. Choose from: 6 model sizes (7l to 45l); A extensive range of optional accessories, e.g. flat or gable lid, shaking device, reversible shelf, test tube racks; State-of-the-art control technology of the Basic and Excellent performance classes for all models
Can be optionally equipped with water level control.
The superior heating concept of the Memmert ovens is also to be found in the waterbaths. Protected from water, but still close to the load, the heating lies under deep drawn and easy to clean ribs. Through the positioning of the heating elements in the floor and side walls, a natural mixing of the tempering fluid arises, providing better temperature uniformity in the bath.

Plate heat exchangers
type PWT
The plate heat exchangers type PWT form an addition to our product range in the field of oil-water heat exchangers. In some cases they represent a cost-effective and space-saving alternative to the standard smooth pipe heat exchangers.
Description
Soldered plate heat exchangers are assembled from stamped special steel plates and connected by means of a copper shim and a special soldering process. Stamping creates a highly turbulent flow in the chambers between the plates, which enables excellent transfer of the heat. The type PWT plates stand out by their following characteristics:
Plates and connections made from special steel 1.4401
Connecting elbows and internal thread and keying surfaces.

Water oil coolers are used in many stationary hydraulic and lubricating systems to optimize the oil temperature. Water oil coolers are especially suitable in environments where water is easily accessible. The extremely quiet water oil cooler is ideal for indoor use where the cooling water cannot ice-up. The surplus energy from the heated cooling water can for instance be used to heat other water.
Off-line cooling and oil filter system
In all modern hydraulic systems, off-line oil cooling and filtering is becoming increasingly popular as the system can operate around the clock independently from the main system to avoid differences in pressure and flow conditions.
We supply both brazed plate and bolted plate heat exchangers. The main difference between these two propducts is that the bolted plate products have gaskets which enables you to change the plates easily.

Bolted plate coolers are ideal for sea water and specialist applications.
They are designed for use with special fluids or large capacity applications.
The main difference between the Brazed Plate and Bolted Heat Exchangers is that the Bolted Heat Exchangers have gaskets. A benefit of these heat exchangers is that they can easily be adapted by adding or replacing plates.

Air-water coolers are compact industrial cooling systems cha-racterised by a very special price-performance ratio. The cooling units are primarily used in applications where cooling to no more than 5 to 8 °C above the ambient temperature is required. The louver package is a parti-cularly robust design compri-sing copper pipes with alumi-nium louvers.
Pump and ventilator
Centrifugal immersion pump, housing and impeller made of brass, shaft made of Grade 1.4057 special steel. The ventilator wing is mounted on the free shaftend of the pump.

Tank made of welded and matt brushed VA sheet, Grade 1.4301.
